"This hotel was of very mediocre quality, with facilities and decor that felt very dated. The room's hygiene was acceptable, though there was dust on the surfaces and floor, and noticeable stains on the sofa. The hotel doesn't provide toiletries like toothbrushes or toothpaste, so many daily essentials need to be brought by guests, but they do offer small bottles of drinking water. The biggest issue was the incredibly confusing billing. On the checkout bill, there were many duplicated charges (for example, breakfast was included in the room rate but was charged again). The front desk staff took a long time to sort out the correct charges and remove the erroneous items from the bill. Even after these items were removed from the bill, money was still debited from my credit card again after I left the hotel. It was a very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel to have such messy accounting. As for the hotel's location, it's in the city center, about a 5-minute walk to the convention center."

"Very good location.., it’s close to the Footprint Center (NBA - Suns game).., around ten minutes walking. Spacious room.. (two queen beds), with good amenities. Elevators ok..! Good breakfast..! There’s a bar in the lobby.., cozy place to eat and drink. I’d stay again…!!"
