Property offers the bare minimum.
Check in- straight forward, not the friendliest staff
Breakfast- coffee and a muffin
Room- small soap to wash your hands
Fitness room- one elliptical and treadmill
Bed & sofa bed- you can feel the springs on both
Pool- not heated

Unfortunately this property was not as expected. This is a motel not a hotel. They did not have any pillows and they did not provide any shampoo, conditioner, or soap. No wash cloths or extra towels and napkins. The windows only have black out drapes but no shades. This does not feel like an Extended Stay Hotel.

We were here 2 night, 2 nights NO SLEEP! Upstairs someone continues to bang on door for 2 straight nights and had music loud all night. The “continental breakfast” was instant oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. There was dried blood on our sheets. We called for an iron and they said they didn’t have any but had ironing boards in the rooms. And to top it off beds were very hard. If you have sciatic issues I say stay away. Bad experience.

The location of hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and venues I visited.
Customer service was poor and the rooms look nothing like what's posted on Orbitz.

They did not have the room I requested so they wanted to split my family into 2 rooms, which does Not work with small children. The outdoor pool was not heated and was ice cold.

I need to call they would not let me check in due to my 4 kids they said only three they told me I will not get charged because they declined my check in.but you guys still charged me please please if I can't get a refund please change for this Friday at American inn north 52nd I will call today too

It was like average motel...room floors were sticky and dirty. The breakfast had minimal things.

Awful! The woman that checked us in at night was so so super great! The one that checked me out was equally awful!! She wouldn't gimme a receipt, then after I left, she charged my card for more than the room!!! Said I had an unauthorized guest in my room, and that I smoked in the room!!! First off, the "unauthorized Guest" was with me at the front desk at check in!! The nice woman took his ID, and I assumed out him in the system.. Second I don't smoke.. my guest does, but she can go on camera and SEE that he went outside HOW MANY TIMES??? just to smoke?!? Unreal!! Nope!!! NEVER again?!!!
