Stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it, quiet when needs to be and anything you need is with 5 min away

D.r.u.g d.e.a.l.i.n.g on the property. Website algorithm won’t even let me say that without editing my review with punctuation. Shame on Ex pee dia for making me jump through a loophole to warn potential customers of this property.
WiFi was horrible and was NOT available in all rooms as advertised. I’ve had worse, so I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1, but I definitely would not stay again. It was a cheap booking for a reason….

No safety lock door was ill fitted bathroom had hair on the floor but the front girl at check in was very nice

I jave no idea how this property is rated so high. For the price my expectation was not super high, but this place was bad. Very noisy guests, found prescription medicine left from past guest and overall very dirty.

The room was just clean enough. Obvious poor state of repair, but you can tell the staff does the best they can with what they have. Not a great neighborhood. Lots of homelessness around. If they price is good, I'd stay again, but given other options I'd stay somewhere else.

Ok. The hotel itself is not that bad either is the area. It doesn’t look that old. The staff was ok. But not very friendly or helpful. Lots of “I don’t know,” and blank stares. I think it’s a language barrier because they’re Mexican. My heater didn’t work the first night and the wifi in my area was not connecting. The keys had to be re programed 5 times. The room are clean. Only had blood stains in one of my rooms. I had two. The pool was clean and the hot tib worked. It’s cheap rates so don’t set your goals too high. It works fine. Oh! They close their office to the public at 6pm. You have to use a window booth on the side to interact with the staff. Give it a try.

We found long hair in the facucet and inside the tub. Outdated rooms, homeless around the property, no gate so access is really easy from anyone outside the property. All in all we will look for something else when traveling to phoenix.

The room was dirty. Curtains, floors, walls, all dirty. The door into our room had been damaged, the lock was there for decoration only.
The bed sheets were clean though, and the mattress comfortable enough, so there’s that.
