Stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it, quiet when needs to be and anything you need is with 5 min away

The rooms were clean, but very old and in disrepair the beds were old and pretty uncomfortable. All the linens and towels were very old.

I booked Traveller’s Inn because aside from its close to the airport, it says free complimentary breakfast and found out in person, just coffee for free. The TV was not working. Wifi is connected but no internet connection. I could have added for couple dollars and stay and a much nicer place in the same area.

I requested handicap accessible & we had a room on the 2nd floor, no railing in the shower & the owners didnt seem to care.

There were three cockroaches, and it smell like cigarettes. I did not stay at this hotel I like to get a refund.

I had to exchange rooms since the first room had a faulty lock. I had to get help from the front desk who was able to open it however when I tried it wouldn't open.
The light in the bathroom flickers so couldn't use that. The shower handle was difficult to pull and I had to ask the front desk for help with that.
These are old rooms which haven't been updated in years. It makes the room look dirty especially the bathroom.

The room smells of cigarettes even though I specified that I did not want an smoker room. The towels were too small. There were bugs in the room.

The bathroom area was terrible m. The tub/shower was rusty and caulking looked like it had mold on it. Bottom on tub on the outside had a big hole along the floor. Needless to say I didn’t take a shower.

The bathroom fixtures, particularly, the shower head, were coming off the wall. Stained carpet. One wastebasket, No in-room coffee and the lobby coffee pot broken. Dirty pool and soap suds hot tub. Lamps in the room covered in ripped cellophane. Fridge freezing anything in it. Hard as a rock old, lumpy bed. Mold in bathroom. Chipped, stained toilet seat. Keys didn't work five times. The staff are great, but helpless. Never again will we stay there! BTW, the photos are not, at all, from this hotel. It's a dump!
