Great clean place with inexpensive parking in a great location. Walkable to much of downtown and close to the major highways that get you around the area quickly

Besides for the homeless population around the area, everything was good. Inside the room was clean but carpet appeared to be dusty. I requested if it can be clean but no one came. When I went to front-desk to ask what happen, no answer was given and front desk personnel did not provide an answer or even look at me when I inquired about cleaning the carpet. Felt very much neglected. Dont know why.

We appreciated the location as it was within walking distance of the ASU downtown campus, coffee shops and restaurants. Our main complaint was how thin the walls were - we had people in rooms near us up very late at night and up early in the morning. We could hear everything and did not appreciate the lost hours of sleep.

Extremely expensive, additional $20 charged to park in an open lot, not a garage.
Breakfast was mediocre, bacon was burned in crumbles, over cooked powdered eggs.

Nice room but no soap left in bathroom and TV screen had to be serviced before working. Felt overpriced

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good bar and restaurant options are plentiful in the area just north of the hotel, very walkable and safe.
