This hotel was terrible! The room was small and outdated, the bathroom was dirty and the room was nasty. I spent an hour cleaning it upon arrival. The clientele was rowdy and unruly. Sleeping in the park across the street was more comfortable. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in making my stay more pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone anywhere for anytime!

At the beginning it took awhile to check in. Room was Okey, service desk lady good customer service and nice.

Needed room last minute not the best no towels and didn't sweep smelled sewer and no hot water first night

Service is awful, the only clerk takes forever to attend the customers and the lobby is closed, one has to wait in line for hours (literally). This place should be closed or authorities should take action to do aomething about the place.

It was gross!!! I was killing roaches My whole stay!!! The blankets had burn holes in them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is not a hotel, it is a homeless shelter. My room was dirty, outdated and no tv, no phone, and homeless

By far the most disgusting and vile hotel I have ever had the misfortune of stepping foot into.
Ur*ne puddle on the floor and seat. No toilet paper. No towels. Dirt and hair on pillows and sheets. Mold on the lamp shade. Leak from the broken mini fridge. literal trash on the floor.Employees smoking m*rijuana in the lobby behind the door they barricaded with a christmas tree. M*th found in drawer. Obvious illegal activity all over the site location and by far the rudest most useless front desk clerk I have ever met in my entire life.
If you care about your safety and health PLEASE do not stay here. I am literally begging.
I am also fairly certain there is tr*fficking going on here as well which I reported but was not taken seriously.
Also they STOLE our deposit and never refunded us even though we did not stay there.
We had to be relocated to another hotel at the expense of the booking company due to the incredibly poor conditions.
