"Zaczynając od plusów, widok na zatokę Neapolu jest piękny i jest całkiem przyjemny! Poza tym, że uwielbiam jeździć tak blisko drogi, to uwielbiam honowanie samochodów. Minusem jest ograniczony wybór śniadań, opartych na tanich składnikach, głównie płatkach śniadaniowych, sokach owocowych i najgorszym ekspresie do kawy, jaki widziałem. Brak jakiegokolwiek zainteresowania „doświadczeniem klienta” jest całkowicie zatarty w restauracji i barze, gdzie samotny fortepian stoi i czeka na użycie. Zawsze jednak pozostaje dość kosztowny zabieg w spa, 30 euro za osobę za godzinę, za bardzo podstawowe jacuzzi i łaźnię parową. Każda dodatkowa opłata jest jeszcze bardziej wygórowana. Internet nie jest tak dobry, więc stwierdziłem, że lepiej byłoby skorzystać z roamingu w euro z Wielkiej Brytanii. Szkoda, bo hotel mógłby się poprawić, gdyby wprowadzili trochę więcej elegancji."

"What a find. Great room, lovely pool, fabulous staff and a lovely restaurant. We booked the restaurant for the day after our arrival but decided to get involved on arrival too. Lovely food, great attention to detail, a good wine list. We have been well looked after and we are only a day in. Lying by the pool with a Spritz staring at the mountains, listening to a very content six year old in the pool. Lovely sunsets and a very relaxed vibe beneath the Olive trees. The poolside bar service was excellent and efficient. The snacks, lunches and drinks were very good. It was enjoyed by young and old, from couples to families. I'm sure we will be back and will be happy to recommend it. A day before our departure a small toy monkey got stuck in the sheets and accidentally visited the laundary. We reassured our daughter that a full search was underway. She had so much fun by the pool, making new friends, it wasn't the tragedy it could have been. On returning from a meal out on our last night we entered the room to find a large paper bag and a card waiting on our daughter's bed. To our amazement there was a new, much larger monkey, that she has immediately fallen in love with. This service is above and beyond. That someone took that time to go out to find a monkey on a Sunday when they all work so hard is truly memorable. She has been named 'Olivia' after the olives that grace the land here. "What a beautiful and relaxing hotel. The food was amazing and the service was as well. The staff were always willing to help and provide some tips. The room was lovely and the pillows were very fluffy. I would recommend this as a great spot to rest on your trip. Close to the coastal areas without the crazy amount of people."
