"i have to say is the Concierge, ex St Regis where outstanding! Best feature of the hotel! It’s a small hotel which we liked, the location is on the main road so you do have noise on the terrace which is a shame as the view was lovely, the terrace was also very dusty on the floor and no one cleaned it on our whole stay. It’s a new hotel so I think the housekeeper team needs some work, each day rags or pillow cases were left in our room and when we check in coffee stains outside. It was clean, just the details, one night only one room was turned down, another day they forgot the powder room. Laundry is horrible sent to the dry cleaners and sent back not on time and with labels all over and not done well. Not to the price point for a 3 star service then yes ok. The restaurant is ok, the breakfast choices are not and limited. The gym is tiny but new and clean. The style of the hotel is traditional in the rooms and brown tones, the rooms are a bit tight and there is no bathtub just showers. For a penthouse i find it a little odd not to have one. A good addition to Aspen, but for me not a wow… apart from the concierge A note to the house car drivers some of them were lovely, most of the staff were general great, just the whole experience needs a bit more polish as a packet. ."

"Rooms are small, but but nicely appointed, with plenty of closet space. The location couldn’t be better, a short walk to the Ajax base, and nice common areas (though the roof /pool hot tub was a disappointment ), valet park wing was quite convenient and while interaction with the staff was limited, they were all helpful."

"Miałem tak wielki pobyt w The St. Regis Aspen i szczerze nie mogę się doczekać, aby wrócić i zostać dłużej ... Naprawdę wyszedłem na obsługę, zwłaszcza Jasmine i Jose na przednim biurku. Poszli ponad i poza w sposób, który poczuł się naprawdę osobisty, nie zmuszony. Byli ciepłe, przywitane i sprawiły, że wszystko poczuło się łatwe od momentu, kiedy przybyłem. Pod koniec pobytu, naprawdę poczuł się jak dom od domu. Walet zespół był również fantastycznysuper szybki i wydajny za każdym razem, co sprawia, że jest duża różnica, gdy przychodzisz i idziesz do Aspen. Transport lotniska sprawił, że podróż była bezszwowa, a spa był wyróżnieniem, szczególnie zimny pompa, która była tak zabawną niespodzianką i zdecydowanie bonusowym doświadczeniem. Powierzchnia basenu była piękna i bardzo dobrze zachowana, idealna do relaksu. Jednym z moich ulubionych dotyków był popołudniowy konfiguracja z s’mores i gorącej czekolady. Czuł się przytulny i przemyślany, i naprawdę złapał ten koniec zimowy, wczesnej wiosny. Nawet z wiosną wokół rogu, hotel dokładnie wie, jak utrzymać tę górską magię żywą! Ogólnie, niesamowite pobyt. Już czekam na powrót do roku."

"great spot here... probs the best spot in town if u want to be near the gondola that takes you to the top of the mountain. we could ski off of our front porch! - ya cant get better than that.. our condo was also great spotless and very comfy. well done guys! highly reccommend.."
