Front desk staff was very good, and check-in was efficent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom seemed a little tight, but not a problem. Room included a refridgerator and coffee machine. The breakfast buffet was not included with our room, so we paid the $13 pp cost for it since there were no other convenient breakfast venues. It turned out that the buffet was in an unfriendly area, and the food was below par. We didn't eat breakfast there again. Also, the hotel's parking garage is temporarily closed for repairs. Since we didn't see any work being done on it during our weekdays there, this could be a longer term situation. However, the hotel is providing free valet parking or self-parking at a lot down the street. This could be an issue during larger group check in or check out, such as for conferences at the hotel.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good and the service is very good. I remember that it was 3 o'clock in the night when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming, especially safe, and the environment was quiet. It was close to Northwest University. The surrounding area was very rich. It was about 200 meters away from the subway station. It was convenient When traveling, there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the hotel service is very good👍
