Discovered the faucet had been put on incorrectly - arrow pointing to warm was cold water, etc. - but the hot water was still VERY cool and came out at diminished stream - a medium trickle. I ended up just washing my hair, bent over so it wouldn't freeze my body. I had a business meeting an hour later. Checking out, I was not offered any reduction in price, or even a free breakfast. IT WAS A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!! (Room was nice though, and very clean.)

I've been a Wyndham rewards member for many years, staying at Wyndham properties frequently when I travel. This time, I must say the stay was horrible. I was placed in room 232 which was on the opposite end of the hotel than the check in desk. When I got to the room, with bags in tow, the keys didn't work. I tried several times with both keys to no avail. The desk clerk was ambivalent. He didn't care! The TV didn't work, nor did the refrigerator. Upon waking the following morning there was no hot water. The front desk clerk didn't even know there was an issue. After sampling the lousy, cheap breakfast selections, I found the keys, once again didn't work requiring them to be reset. Returning late that night, you guessed it - the keys didn't work! A young lady at the front desk said, ”Oh, yeah, some of the guys don't know how to set up the keys properly.” Upon waking the following morning - you guessed it - there was no hot water Again! A call to the front desk said it would be fixed in half an hour. It was. When I reported the issues to a different person at the front desk, she (Nisha) said she would take care of it. She moved me to room 104 saying she was sorry for the difficulties I had experienced. Guess what - the door to room 104 was broken, requiring a heavy force to open and/or close it. I reported that to her upon leaving the building. It was repaired when I returned that evening. At least one employee cared! Two additional facts about this property. 1. The floors are laminate eliminating carpeting. That's great if they are cleaned! But they are not and you find yourself walking on a dusty, dirty floor. They need to be washed daily, not the occasional vacuuming they were getting. 2. The supposed breakfast area had an empty fridge, a lousy coffee machine, two cereal selections and a pancake machine (which did make good pancakes) That's not what I or other guests considered a reasonable breakfast. Wyndham needs to rethink that, considering the hotel next door had a full breakfast selection. The manager ”Graciously” gave me a discount due to the issues I experienced. That discount amounted to 10% of one night stay and the refund of the local taxes for that one night. This is not the first time my stay at a Wyndham property was less than stellar. It was, however, the worst! If this is how the chain is managed going forward, I will find myself staying at other hotels even though they cost more. Staying four nights in a d

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to extend the initial reservation and the staff arranged it seamlessly. The manager, Jeri, is phenomenal. She is very personable, attentive, and communicative. The front desk staff members were consistently pleasant and courteous, and I experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness on any occasion I encountered them. Brian, the head of maintenance, was not only amazing to fix anything that needed attention but also did it with a smile and a laugh no matter how much work had to be done. Lola and Ricky in housekeeping were always friendky and conscientious. The premises is constantly maintained to a high standard and I was impressed at the cleanliness and neatness each day. The grounds are also very quiet and have an almost park-like appearance. I have another trip upcoming to this area, and after having this very positive experience, I would not consider any other hotel for my stay. I highly recommended this ESA.

I stayed for one night in mid September. Let me say the good thing first. Front desk is very friendly, the room is big, the bedsheet is clean. And the best is the hot water is abundant and strong, so I had a wonderful shower. However, the place is beat down. The service is completely barebone. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. And it is highly secured. Cannot get in without card key 7/24. If you are a man or a group of men traveling rough, it is a place. The concern is that there are always a group of people hanging around in the front door, around the parking lot. And it seems some occupants are with little kids. Not sure if the motel is rented out for longer term under government programs. The surrounding areas have a number of government agencies. If you travel as a family, this definitely not your choice.

I've been a Wyndham rewards member for many years, staying at Wyndham properties frequently when I travel. This time, I must say the stay was horrible. I was placed in room 232 which was on the opposite end of the hotel than the check in desk. When I got to the room, with bags in tow, the keys didn't work. I tried several times with both keys to no avail. The desk clerk was ambivalent. He didn't care! The TV didn't work, nor did the refrigerator. Upon waking the following morning there was no hot water. The front desk clerk didn't even know there was an issue. After sampling the lousy, cheap breakfast selections, I found the keys, once again didn't work requiring them to be reset. Returning late that night, you guessed it - the keys didn't work! A young lady at the front desk said, ”Oh, yeah, some of the guys don't know how to set up the keys properly.” Upon waking the following morning - you guessed it - there was no hot water Again! A call to the front desk said it would be fixed in half an hour. It was. When I reported the issues to a different person at the front desk, she (Nisha) said she would take care of it. She moved me to room 104 saying she was sorry for the difficulties I had experienced. Guess what - the door to room 104 was broken, requiring a heavy force to open and/or close it. I reported that to her upon leaving the building. It was repaired when I returned that evening. At least one employee cared! Two additional facts about this property. 1. The floors are laminate eliminating carpeting. That's great if they are cleaned! But they are not and you find yourself walking on a dusty, dirty floor. They need to be washed daily, not the occasional vacuuming they were getting. 2. The supposed breakfast area had an empty fridge, a lousy coffee machine, two cereal selections and a pancake machine (which did make good pancakes) That's not what I or other guests considered a reasonable breakfast. Wyndham needs to rethink that, considering the hotel next door had a full breakfast selection. The manager ”Graciously” gave me a discount due to the issues I experienced. That discount amounted to 10% of one night stay and the refund of the local taxes for that one night. This is not the first time my stay at a Wyndham property was less than stellar.
