Marola Park

Great location, very clean, nice staff. As per other reviews, the rooms are indeed quite warm, but keeping the door + windows open for a short while makes wonders. Close to the beach, walking distance from both Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Good selection of bars and restaurants within 300m.

Stayed here for two weeks from start to finish was a perfect stay cleanliness was 100% apartment was spotless on arrival and towels provided for the pool. The pool was great always sunbeds available pool bar very reasonable priced and all staff within the complex were very very friendly and went out their way to be helpful. Location is within walking distance of the main ***** in Las Americas supermarkets on the doorstep. Was a quiet stay throughout the two week highly recommended for familys. Some previous reviews had us sceptical about what we had booked however 100% recommend.

3.5 stars overall. Arrived late evening and the person at reception was very helpful and they had upgraded our room to a studio due to a mix up. The rooms are kept clean and there are kitchen utensils ready to use. Convenient location, not too noisy around the hotel and 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Buses are regular and cheap with a bus stop close to the outside the door and you can get on most buses to take you closer into the town and parks etc. Pool area was cleaned every morning at around 7:30am which you could hear from your room but it was very clean. When arriving you have to sign to say that you have seen the rules which include no noise after 10pm and your room must be cleaned at least once every 3 days. Cleaners were lovely. Around the pool was calm, sunbeds were always available and mostly with a parasol although they are limited. Not many visited the pool and there were only a few children. They didn’t throw away floats that were left from others visiting which was nice to use. Restaurant looked clean, however we never ate at the hotel. €11 for the safe. The main downside was there was no air con but there was a small fan in the bedroom. The fan cooled you down enough but you had to be close to it. The fan goes off when you turn the bedroom light off so you can’t have it on over night and the rooms do get really warm. €50 deposit which you het back at the end but you need to keep the receipt safe as well to give back with the remote. There is a bar by the pool that sells drinks and snacks. A good place to be on the quieter side with great bus routes.

I am currently on my last day at Marosa park Park. I wake to see seven cleaners scrubbing and disconnecting the sun beds/tables and chairs , pool tables and bins. I’ve never seen that done before. This complex is really clean !. We stayed in an appt the balcony is huge. Thereis not a huge amount in the way of utensils for cooking but there are the basics -which is fine. Well placed for beach , restaurants and supermarkets . The pool is quiet (no banging music -which I hate) and there are always beds available. We did have an issue with noisy middle of the night neighbours but the staff take this very seriously and always deal with this if you let them know. Overall a really nice place , would recommend and come again.

Arrived late on check in was straightforward with a nice lady on reception. Our apartment was nice and roomy kitchenette with everything in it you would need microwave toaster kettle etc. We had a balcony with a table and four chairs and a rack to dry your clothes. Bedroom was big with a big wardrobe and two single beds that we pushed together that were a bit hard if I’m honest so we alternated and slept on the pull out bed (sofa). Pool was low key not much atmosphere could do with some music from the bar. Plenty of sunbeds not many parasols tho and that caused conflict between people at times when they came down early and reserved them and then didnt use them and then someone who wanted one just took it and all hell broke loose! To be fair this young man was burnt and needed a parasol and if it had been me I would have just let him take it but this particular couple didn’t I think it was a bit spiteful because they weren’t even using it. Location was good to walk into either Las Americas or Los Cristianos took about ten minutes. Didn’t have breakfast as we were self catering but the dining room looked spotless and the food we had from the bar was lovely and reasonably priced. Everywhere was immaculate and clean and the staff were lovely always greeted with a ‘Ola’ and a Goodnight would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here from the 12th to 20th June . could not fault cleanliness .The attitude of staff was always smiley and helpful.Had problem with safe which was resolved quick.The atmosphere at the apartments was quite safe and friendly.Room hadEverything required for self-catering .Only real fault we could find was lack of any sockets in bedroom.Would definitely use agin

I booked this hotel last minute to get away from the rain and it didn't disappoint. The Room 201 was amazing better than some 5* rooms we have stayed in. A large lounge / kitchen separate Bedroom and the bathroom were lovely and kept spotlessly clean with bedding changed twice, towels three times in a week, even pool towels supplied. We did sc you could easily eat in the apartment you had everything supplied, The pool snack bar is very well priced for drinks and snacks. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful all areas were welcoming and kept to very high standards, location is great too. No A/C in apartments there's a fan in the bedroom which is 50€ refunded on departure. The only thing we found is they could do with more parasols around the pool, this could be due to it being so quite when we were here. We would highly recommend the Marola Park and would stay here again . Thank you for a wonderful week .

Almost 4 star worthy but not quite because the gym is not anymore what the pictures show on their webpage. There is only one multifunctional wire operated ”thing” that is not very usable. And the treadmill was broken. As was the spa. Otherwise very clean, comfy little hotel, small swimming pool area with basic pool bar and nice surroundings. Ceiling fan in the room can be operated by app, which they did not tell you in the reception, but I knew beforehand. Small (tiny) ants some time in the kitchen area but does not bother me, I’ve seen much worse elsewhere. The small supermarket on the side of the hotel has the nicest owner ever, she is so helpfull and friendly, go and support that place eventhough the super cheap mercadona supermarket is just few minutes walk away. Lastly, walk down to the beach is doable but coming back to this hill is pain in the knees, taxi is much more nicer way and costs only about 4€.
