"Very warm welcome from a very kind gentleman (employee). The management members and staff were very casual and austere! As for the dishes, supposedly made with local products, the catch of the day displayed at €23 comes straight from the freezer (reconstituted monkfish and industrially made) and the products that accompany it are also decoys! The two scoops of ice cream displayed at €8.50 are a steal. And when we allow ourselves to make a justified remark, the server pretends not to understand! The restaurant is to be avoided! The breakfast is deplorable: €15 for industrial products!! On the other hand, the room was comfortable and spacious."

"Only the location is decent; the staff is blatantly unmotivated, except for Nadine at breakfast and the hotel floor staff. Many tasks fall to the same person. This makes it difficult to work when you have to serve breakfast, answer the phone, manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs, spa and jacuzzi services, sales, cleaning, etc. It feels chaotic, like no job descriptions are actually in place, and there's a lot of overwork. The spa's reputation needs improvement. We weren't given any information about places to visit, beaches, or monuments. Flyers were only available on a single display stand. There weren't really any local products at breakfast, and the daily menu was the same for a week, with generic ingredients. In short, you should plan to go for walks; the terrace is poorly maintained. And we had garbage and smells, as well as flies, for 3 days because of July 14th, even though we paid for a sea view. The assistant manager agreed to make a gesture: the price of €20 went up to €30 when we paid for the sea view. Strange!"
