Das Hotel hat genau unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen. Es war wirklich sehr entspannend.

Świetny hotel czysty w fajnej okolicy,tuż przy plaży.Byliśmy autem ,z parkingiem który jest wzdłuż ulicy nie było problemu.Super taras z leżakami na dachu i pięknym widokiem na okolice.Mieliliśmy z żoną śniadania które były pyszne, bardzo mili pracownicy.Polecam ten hotel ,wrócił bym w to miejsce ponownie :)

Pierwszy raz wybraliśmy się na tę stronę wyspy. Planowaliśmy wynająć siostrzany hotel uyal, ale opcja adullts only nas skusiła. To był strzał w dziesiątkę. Jeden z lepszych hotelu, jeśli nie najlepszy w jakim byliśmy. Począwszy od świetnej komunikacji mailowej podczas rezerwacji, po uprzejmy i pomocny serwis Cristiny i Marty w recepcji, dla których nic nie było problemem, po sympatyczny serwis podczas śniadania i na tarasie. Mieliśmy wykupiona opcje BB. Życzyłabym sobie, żeby śniadania w każdym hotelu były tak smaczne, z tak świeżym i ogromnym wyborem. Pycha. Dodatkowym atutem jest nowoczesny śródziemnomorski wysteruj wnętrz , który cieszy oko każdego estety. Ogólnie polecam bardzo i mam nadzieje, że jeszcze wrocimy. Pozdrawiam

From the minute you arrive at the Pollensa Hotel you know you are in for an excellent stay. This is our 2nd visit within 7 months and had yet again the most amazing time. Location, Hotel Cleanliness, Rooms, Buffet Breakfast, Bar Service all 5 star and would highly recommend and we have just arrived home following a 7 night stay and looking to return next year but for 10 nights. With superb views (book a seaview room) and close to the beach you have everything you need. A gentle 10 minute walk to the centre where you will find some of the most amazing restaurants. Head down the side streets for those Little Gems.

An excelent hotel overlooking a great section of beach. Suitable for couples and within an erasy walk to all of the resort amenities. I would have given it a 5 but the roof top pool is very small and the one at ground level is hidden away to the rear and was mostly in the shade during our stay and the space around the bed was a little tight. Definatly a good place for adults who wish to exercise during a holiday and I would stay here again.

Great location, good facilities, clean and tidy, but it is the staff that make this place great, excellent service. Great reception and bar staff - I’m sure everyone else is great but that’s where we spent our time. Rooms are quiet. Could have done with a nice coffee machine in the room - not an issue but I do like my coffee.

Hotel Pollentia is an absolute gem. It is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with truly outstanding staff. Every staff member greets you, seems genuinely happy and gives fantastic customer service. The Receptionist during our stay was incredibly helpful- sorting out where to collect our hired bikes from and details of our transfer home too. The front of house team were really switched on, highly efficient and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and all meals were terrific.

Beautiful hotel right on the sandy beach (there is a road between but was very quiet in May with more bikes than cars) . 10 minute pleasant walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the beach where is there is plenty of restaurants. There is a small pool at the back of the hotel with sunbeds, and a plunge pool on the roof with a sun deck. There is plenty of seating/beds on the gardens at the front of the hotel too. Never had a problem finding somewhere to relax Room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is tasteful decorated in muted linens and rattans. A bar is open during the day with occasional music in the evening. Food is excellent with a great selection for breakfast which can be taken overlooking the sea. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Margarita who put up with our poor Spanish and was a ray of sunshine in the morning with her vibrant demeanour - she works so hard but is always smiling. The only small issue we had was smoking on a neighbouring balcony coming into our room; we did mention this to the hotel who said they were trying to deal with it. All in all I would recommend staying here!

What a lovely hotel. Very nice surroundings, stunning outdoor areas. The roof terrace is the best I’ve ever seen. Lovely fresh breakfast.. The team there are incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Will Be returning soon! Thank you!!
