"I just spent three lovely nights at Son Grua and give the hotel my best recommendations. The place is lovely situated at the foot of the mountains, surrounded by green and roaming sheep. Just a short (5-10 mins) drive from the sea, it was the perfect retreat far away from the hussle and buzzle of the coast. I had dinner at the hotel every for three nights in a row, and the food was amazing. My room was large and beautifully decorated, and the beds were really good. Also loved the bathroom – see pic😊 The website photos really do not do the place justice. However, it is the staff that sets the hotel apart. When I arrived late in the evening, I was greeted by Pedro, who invited me to have a seat and a glass of wine. The owner Nicolas made arrangements for me to have dinner ordered while I got settled in the room. As I was there for a diving course, I had to get out in the morning, but they made arrangements to have breakfast delivered to my room the night before. Thanks to Nicolas, Pedro and team for your efforts! I loved relaxing by the pool in the afternoons, where they provide a fridge with drinks. In summary, Son Grua felt like a home away from home, which I can't wait to visit again."

"Just returned from an excellent 10 night stay. We were half board and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals. Plenty of choice for the size of hotel and great quality. Our children enjoyed the food but some children may struggle as there wasn’t chicken nuggets, hot dogs, plain pizzas etc. The BBQ 3 nights a week was great. The pools were ideal - great size, temperature etc. Only slight criticism would be that some tiles around the side of the pool need attention. Inflatable assault course was good fun. Rooms were well equipped and the layout suited us. Plenty of storage and hangers provided. Air-conditioning was excellent. Appreciated that the safe was free of charge. More evening entertainment wouldn’t go amiss. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hoposa Uyal. For us the location was great, it was on the sea front at the quiet end of town but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but would have benefitted from one of two more chairs to put things on."

"We stayed here for 10 nights from 6th September with our 2.5 year old, self-catering. It ticked all the boxes for us. A small hotel with excellent facilities for children at it’s sister hotel across the road, which also felt quite small, in a good way! Location was excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. We found it to be very quiet which was again perfect for us. There was entertainment four nights a week at the sister hotel but either it had finished when we returned to the hotel or it was so quiet we didn’t hear it. We caught the end of one act in the bar one evening and it was very good. Our daughter loved the trampoline, the soft play and the mini disco. Big thanks to Alex who worked so hard trying to cajole a small group of 2/3 year olds while we were there. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, from reception to the cleaning team. One evening we ate at the sister hotel for bbq night and thought it was good value for money - €26 each but free for our daughter plus a free bottle of wine for booking before 6pm! We will definitely return here. Everything was so easy it meant we could relax and enjoy time as a family."

"Hotel jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, do plaży 3 min spacerkiem. Pokoje małe, ale czyste. Pokoje codziennie są sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Duży wybór i myślę, że każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie. Obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie. Zawsze miła , uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Hotel oferuje wiele atrakcji dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych. O to aby nikt się nie nudził dbają Pan Roberto i Pan Dima. Polecam ten hotel, ponieważ jest dobrym wyborem na wypoczynek. Cena adekwatna do jakości."

"I'd looked at this hotel several times before but was always put off by the awful, plastic waterslide feature which I assumed meant the place was overrun with small children. Well, I was proved very wrong. Yes, the waterslide is there (but you hardly notice it) and yes, there are a lot of small children but there is a huge amount more to this hotel. First impressions were positive with a pristine, tranquil reception area and small manicured garden with fish ponds. We had one of the premier rooms with outdoor day-bed but I would not bother with this again as we did not use it. I'd rather book one of the 1st or 2nd floor rooms with balcony. Our apartment did have a full size bed adjacent to the living room which was perfect for our 16yo as it gave us all a bit of space and privacy. The hotel is made up of 4 separate blocks, only 3 floors high. Each corridor has a water dispenser and rooms have fridge and microwave so ideal for families. Highlights for us were: - the AI drinks (my liver is still recovering) Never had to queue once and they have waiter service at night - the food. I hate excessive buffets and associated food-waste but the the hotel's was perfect with something to suit everyone, freshly prepared, regularly replenished and 'theme' nights. - the animation team. Onsite entertainment is simply not my thing but these guys, especially Andrea, were great. No cajoling of guests wanting to keep themselves to themselves but genuinely there to make sure those who did, had a good time. The water polo was especially entertaining and my shy son even joined in. It was as entertaining to watch as it was to take part! The paella and sangria demo was also very good. - the staff. All friendly and efficient. Arrived home to discover that husband left his Kindle behind and they're currently sorting out its return. - cleanliness. Absolutely no issues. - location. At the far end of the Pine Walk so very quiet and an enjoyable, 20-30 minute stroll to the centre of town. Downsides - the gym. Not up to much at all. If you're serious about training, use the private one in town. - suite with outside day-bed. Not worth the extra money in my opinion - evening entertainment. I can't comment on that for children but there was not much for adults. That said, most people seemed happy to entertain themselves. I'd say this hotel offers something for everyone - solo travellers, friends, couples and families. I usually return from hotels saying "it was good but....." On this occasion I really struggle to find fault and I can understand why people return year after year. I certainly would !"

"Mieliśmy przyjemność pobytu w Calvario Plaza na jedną noc w końcu października. Hotel jest gem butiku rezydencji, położony na dole słynnych kroków do El Calvari. W uroczym hotelu znajduje się kilka pięknych pokoi, z oryginalnymi kamiennymi kamieniami i dwuwymiarowymi oknami z widokiem na malowniczy Placa del Segalars. Tutaj można obserwować, jak ludzie zaczynają swoje ciężkie kroki do kaplicy. Wspaniała lokalizacja i jakość na ofercie były równe śniadaniu, które mieliśmy następnego ranka. Jedzenie było piękne prezentowane, awokado, łososia i łososia z chrupiącą jajkami z niektórą z najlepszych kaw, jakie mamy na wyspie. Calvario Plaza był pięciogwiazdkową jakością, usługą i lokalizacją bez znacznika 5* ceny. Bardzo polecamy hotel, jeśli szukasz ucieczki w Centrum Pollenca."

"Zostaliśmy 5 nocy , jest w dobrej lokalizacji, mieliśmy pokój z taras, ale nie naprawdę go używał . To hałas, jeśli drzwi są otwarte, jak jesteś na okrągłym obwodzie, ale to powiedział, że nie było naprawdę zakłócać. Pokoje są na małej stronie, ale były czyszczone dobrze codziennie. Staff są świetne! Mój naszyjnik spadł wtyczkę zlewu i byli tak pomocni w odzyskaniu go dla mnie i zawsze witam w naszym powrocie do hotelu. Wybraliśmy, aby nasz śniadanie w hotelu siostry capri na frontu każdego dnia, dobry podstawowy śniadanie. To był dobry wybór dla nas na budżet i pobyt ponownie, ale prawdopodobnie nie przeszkadzać z tarasem."

"Absolutnie piękny hotel. Właściciele i pracownicy byli wspaniali. Hotel był bezpłatny. Ogrody były spokojne i pięknie zachowane. Śniadanie było wspaniałe i włączone pikle i klejnoty wykonane z hotelu produkowane. Właściciele mają wspaniały obudowy dla ptaków, które uratowali. Jest również mały staw, papuga i kilka przyjaznych psy. Świat od zwykłych hoteli nieopisanego łańcucha. Z pewnością chcę przyjść ponownie. Pollenca to wspaniałe stare miasto, pełne kultury, sztuki, historii i przyjaznych ludzi."

"We were lucky to book 4 nights at our favorite hotel in Port Pollenca, and for the first time we had a junior suite. We were really happy about the room. Plenty of space, good closets for all our close and belongings. The bathroom was good size and the shower was really good. Our balcony had Sun loungers which was really nice, and also table and two chairs. As always the staff was really nice and welcoming, we feel like coming Home when we arrive there. Big thank you for that. Breakfast also good as it normally is. We Will return as soon as possible."
