Situated in the Colonya Valley, one of the prettiest valleys in Pollensa, Finca Colonya Petit is a traditional, typically Mallorquin holiday rental with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for 6 people. Its built from local stone and has beautiful mountain views and also of the stunning local countryside â around a twenty five minutesâ walk from Pollensa old town.
The main door entrance leads to the lounge-dining area with 2 comfortable sofas, tv, a fireplace and dining table with seating for 6. Next to the dining area a large rustic style kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. It also has a smaller breakfast table with seating for 6.
The house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with an en-suite bathroom and lovely views to the valley.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 : Both have twin beds and share a full bathroom.
At the front of the house leading out from the lounge we have a large covered porch complete with dining table and chairs. Also a seating area for those who just want to âchill outâ and enjoy the total silence.
To the side of the house is the delightful pool area, in an attractive garden setting with spectacular views. Its glistening 8m x 4m swimming pool has Roman style steps for easy access. Around the pool are various loungers to relax and soak up the sun. There is also a pergola with dining furniture, a perfect place for breakfasting while enjoying the first sun rays appear over the valley or al fresco dining in the evening while watching the sun go down behind the mountains in this unique and tranquil atmosphere.
The house has time limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms (timings: 18:00 â 04:00 hrs)and central heating throughout.
