"It has nothing of 4 stars....we had lunch on April 25th, inedible dishes, rooms with carpet not at all clean, window glass broken in several parts and also risky in my opinion and therefore you could not open the window, towels left for 2 people but we were in a triple, toilet paper nowhere to be found, very poor breakfast with poor quality products. Breakfast could be had until 10 but by 9 almost everything was finished. The ladies at the reception were kind but the shortcomings did not depend on them. The room cost 170 euros per night and we stayed 2 nights......plus 4 euros per person for the tourist tax....but the lady realized what a fool she had made and deducted 30 euros from the total. NEVER AGAIN"

"I was completely unfamiliar with this location, nestled in the green hills of Pontedera, with its Chianti vineyards. The resort immediately strikes me as elegant, while still retaining its character as a former manor house, expertly renovated with respect for its country atmosphere. I'm here for a conference with colleagues, and I must say the rooms are very generous in size, considering they're single occupancy. We were guests of the owner, Count Aldobrando degli Lazzoni Avogadro, who welcomed us warmly, making us feel at ease from the start. The resort also offers on-site dining, with rooms that reflect the rustic feel of the place while maintaining a certain elegance. The table settings are white, with very white, soft, and lightly scented tablecloths and napkins. The menu is rich in typical local dishes, but with a touch of creativity that doesn't make them predictable. Many of the cured meats on the menu are homemade, as are some of the cheeses and side dishes. The wine list is a bit limited, with most of the labels coming from the Count's vineyards. The dining room staff is truly friendly and helpful. Recommended."

"Początkowo zarezerwowaliśmy go dla fantastycznej lokalizacji, z łatwym dostępem do Pisa, Lucca, Florencji i nadmorskiej, ale oferował znacznie więcej niż oczekiwaliśmy. W spokojnej i odległej atmosferze nieruchomości chwali się wzruszającymi widokami i poczuciem spokoju, które trudno znaleźć. Istnieją piękne spacery bezpośrednio od drzwi, urocze autentyczne wsi w pobliżu, urocze restauracje, i wiele doskonałych winnic w tym okolicy. Sama nocleg jest nieskazitelny – pięknie urządzone, bezpłatnie czyste i wyraźnie bardzo dobrze dbane o. Nieskończony basen jest pristynny i cała nieruchomość jest utrzymana do bardzo wysokiego standardu. Nasz apartament był smacznie wyposażony, niezwykle wygodny, a kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Greta i jej rodzina byli niesamowicie mile widziani i mili. Komunikacja była gładka i reagująca w całym czasie, i zawsze były one dostępne, aby pomóc z wszystkim, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Kochaliśmy również, że możemy kupić lokalny miód i oliwę z oliwek bezpośrednio od nich – obie były smaczne i najwyższej jakości. Urocza bonusem była aperitivi kolacja oferowana w czwartki – zabawa i relaksowana okazja do cieszyć się wielkimi lokalnymi smakami i spotkać innych w pięknym miejscu. Ogólnie, doświadczenie 5-star. Byłoby nam miło zwrócić – bardzo zalecane! "
