Creo que es el mejor hotel calidad precio en el que he estado Hotel en reforma,mejorando todas sus instalaciones,pero sin ruido ni molestias. Atención de todo su personal de 10,muy amables. Comida buena y económica en el restaurante . Habitación limpio ,muy amplia ,almohada y cama muy muy cómoda.terraza en la cuarta planta muy bonita y con maginificas vistas. Desayuno tipo buffet incluido en el precio de la habitación,que además es muy económica. Estuve por viaje de trabajo,pero volveré con mi familia.Magnifico todo.

The girl who checked us in was rude!
No heat in the room. When asked, told it's too early
The sauna we had been looking forward to, wasn't working
When we came down for dinner, we asked the woman who was working the front desk if we could get a space heater, she happily got us one. The girl from earlier was standing there.
The gentleman who was working in the on site Cafe was wonderful! He made us hot soup - just what we needed. We were sopping wet.
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Plus all the coffee you could drink!!
The space heater made all the difference in the world!

It was impossible to communicate with anyone at this hotel and even when I translated something on my phone and showed them they just shrugged their shoulders. The bed was horribly hard and the room was freezing. We were doing the Camino trail and this was our 10th stop. We didn’t have high expectations but this was not worthprice they charged. We would’ve been better off in a hostel at 1/4 the price.

Pequeno almoço simples, mas agradável
Quarto muito quente, sem ar condicionado, dormimos em pleno inverno com a janela aberta toda a noite. No verão seria impossível.
Muito barulho desde das 7h da manhã de outros hóspedes e serviço de limpeza

Además de la mala situación del hotel, intentamos anular con más de 24 h una de las noches y la dirección del hotel no lo permitió. Parece que sus intereses económicos de una noche priman sobre el bienestar de los clientes.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Buenas noches. Me siento estafado ya que reserve una habitación en este hotel y según llegué a las 20:00 me envían aún "hotel"/ratonera que está en la acera de enfrente cruzando la general con las maletas a 500metros. En el hotel nos dijeron que era una habitación de las mismas características y resulta que no fue ni similar, lo más parecido era porque había una cama....
El hotel donde nos enviaron se llama las Islas por si lo quieren cotejar ya que la mujer de la recepción del San Luis nos dijo que ustedes habían derivado la reserva a dicho hotel. Ese hotel cómo pueden comprobar es de inferior categoría por lo tanto el coste debería ser menos....Espero se me aboné el importe íntegro ya que nadie de ustedes se puso en contacto conmigo para decirme de antemano que había un cambio y a esas horas ya me era imposible encontrar nada por lo que me tuve que quedar ahí.
Espero que entiendan mi enfado y se pongan en mi lugar si les hubiera ocurrido a ustedes la gracia que les iba a hacer.
