The reception is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean. The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.

This hotel is well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Its Chinese oriented decoration was quite impressive. The only ”less positive” aspects had to do with the main road noise (particularly because of the New Chinese Year celebrations) and the permanent lift delays (which again might have been connected to the number of guests staying there for the celebrations). The staff was particularly kind and always available to help out, in case of necessity.

Food is delicious, room very good and all staff is humble. So about breakfast, many kinds of menu. I think is amazing of hotel in Pontianak. Recommended. So u must to come here and try for all facilities. Cheersssss.. thanks you for all service

The hotel is located in the city center, you walk out of the hotel and cross that road, you will find many restaurants, taste good, but not true. Almost all food will use pork. The hotel's fitness center is very good and the environment is very clean.

Good service friendly and the place is close to the shopping center although the food menu is standard but the hotrl overal is comfortable, the bathroom needs to be paid attention to the drainage of room 207

Fantastic little Pod hotel.good new mattresses and bedding in well designed and thought out pods.plenty of showers and toilets and use of kitchen {i made full use of blender}. I loved the little chill out room with cable and playstation {it rains a lot} The girls there are doing a fantastic job and are all lovely people eager to help and please.The owner is also a great guy and loves his signs !!..{as a hotelier, i totally understand why they are needed, but some may think there are too many}. The location is very good.loads of good eateries.even though its on the main road they have sound proofed the rooms well. wifi was good throughout and security is good {huge luggage lockers and small lockers I personally prefer a cold shower in that humidity,but some may miss the hot water {the owner is going to put electric heaters in soon i believe free tea and coffee and plenty of ice trays. free drinking water. Get the girls to order you a Grab/Gojek to/from the station. its only 30 instead of the 150 the taxi mafia demand. Overall view. i loved the place ......5 stars...
