Wow location right next to Charles Bridge.
Good breakfast and overall all larger size clean room.
Bathroom is very small but functional.
Well not four stars hotel but definitely worth the money

The location was brilliant right next to Charles bridge close to the old town and the room was huge but it was very dated and dark The service was very poor due to lack of staff Breakfast was schocking again no staff No lift so had to carry cases up the stairs no offer from staff Wouldn’t go back any sorry

A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.

Hi, this review only for the restaurant -terrace, the older waiter was very rude, he wanted us just quickly order the drinks and go. When we have paid our bill in cash we never received our change, even after he said he is going to get for us, no receipt as well, when I was trying to remind him he got angry and pretended he doesn't speak any English only German even after all drinks before we are ordered in English. The beer he brought for us he just simply threw on the table in very rude way. Will never visit this place again!

Perfect location. Great breakfast. Friendly and always helpful staff. The only negative thing was bathrooms were very tiny. They serve coffee and tea anytime of the day at the second floor. We enjoyed very much. Totally recommended. 8,5 out of ten.

Very good hotel in the city center. On the bridge. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean and the appartement was really large and comfortable. Perfect location and good breakfast. I really advice this hotel. We arrived in the early morning and they already gave us the room. I'll come back

Beautiful hotel. All staff are welcoming /friendly. And very helpful. The breakfast had great Selection. The hotel room was clean and it had everything you needed in the room. A great nights sleep. Brilliant for the Charles bridge and old town.

Pros:
convenient, centrally located. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast.
Cons:
Showers would benefit from shower panels/curtains. Broken plug in the tub. Hotel has a feeling of an inn rather than a hotel (smells from downstairs restaurant unfortunately permeate throughout the property).
