Very good location and very close metro station connectivity nearby have kfc burger King MacDonald hotels and very good breakfast value for money 😁 i hope soon come back again

Check in was from 2 pm . As our flight was late afternoon + delayed we arrived in hotel around 11pm . Lady on reception was so unprofessional. After she give us room key we found out that 3 bedroom was only prepared for two. So I was going back to reception to ask for bedsheets, pillows and towels for 3th person. I was walking with her in staff room to get all I need also I was making bed for myself. Se could find towels and she ask me do I need right now or I can get tomorrow. I answered that I need now as I need shower after all day before I go to bed. She found only one small towel, throw over reception and said “that’s your deal for tonight “ I don’t have any other towels available now .

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great location. There wasn’t much of a variety with breakfast, it was quiet plain and the same every morning. But defiantly would stay here again.

I enjoyed my staying at the hotel ! The breakfast was perfect ! I haven’t stayed in European hotels before , but what I noticed that the room was without drinking water and , toothpaste and toothbrush ( that was a bit surprising for me ) , but very clean room and one more time the breakfast was pretty much great 👍🏻

Complessivamente abbastanza soddisfatti. La camera di hotel abbastanza grande, il personale gentile, la colazione varia e all'ingresso un distributore fornito. Inoltre la posizione non é troppo distante, con 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la città vecchia. Gli unici punti negativi sono stati i prezzi cari della cittá, nei minimarket si arrivava a pagare 4 euro una bottiglia di acqua e in genere tutti i mercatini sono molto cari.

Als wir an der Rezeption ankamen, unterhielt sich der Angestellte gerade locker mit einem anderen Freund.
und ignorierte uns. Nach ca. 7 Minuten Wartezeit endete das Gespräch und wir waren an der Reihe.
und sie sagten, wir müssen ein Forum füllen
Wenn er uns dieses Forum während unseres Chats gegeben hätte, hätten wir keine Zeit verschwendet!
Wie dort bei der Buchung angegeben
Die Zimmer werden nach dem Zufallsprinzip vergeben
Wenn Sie zu zweit reisen, kann das gleiche Bett ein Traum sein.
Aber ich habe mit dem Kundenservice von trip.com gesprochen. Dank ihnen habe ich das beste Zimmer bekommen (es war das Beste auf meiner Reise).
Reinigungsthema:
nur die Steppdecke wurde gewechselt
Bettwäsche und Kissenbezüge wurden nicht gewechselt
Das beunruhigt mich sehr
Frühstück: Nichts Frisches zum Frühstück!
Wir haben gerade Kuchen gefunden
andere Kuchen waren nicht frisch
Als wir dort waren, kamen neue Kuchen an und zum Glück hatten wir Glück!
Standort; Die Lage ist zu weit entfernt, niemals zu empfehlen
Nach der U-Bahn muss man viel laufen
Es hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen.
Aber natürlich ist Prag faszinierend
