Numa l Root Rooms & Apartments

Don't risk it. This place has no reception so it's full of all types of people. Not the kind you want to live beside. A guy was using a key up his nose in the elevator...you know what for. Not to mention without a reception you miss out on safety, on if any problems arise, and generally the area is awful. I'd go -1/10 if I could.

Great stay. Easy self check in. Super responsive team on their WhatsApp. Only thing to be aware of is that the walking route google maps takes you through leads to a doorway that is sometimes locked later in the evening, and you have to go around the block to enter from the other side.

It's a beautiful hotel with very nicely appointed rooms. The location is not exactly handy to the river or the old centre but it's not too remote either. There are places to eat very nearby. My only issue was checking in via the non attendant service as I did not receive the code prior to arriving.

Best hotel of our trip (there were five of them.) We loved the look, the quiet street, the design, the lighting, the lobby, the pillows (finally big after three hotels in Italy with paper thin ones), the details, the tea, the bathroom, pretty good place. We loved staying here, to the point that when we had to leave (cause I booked one more hotel for our last night in Prague) we felt we wanted to stay (and probably would have, if we had had the option to cancel the other one). Trying to be fair and mention absolutely every aspect of it, I would say location was nice and walkable to many places... some folks may want to be even closer to old town, maybe. And customer service was always there and great, not always providing the info we were looking for, but maybe part misunderstanding so I will own half of that. But helpful system, had all the check in info in advance and clear, and most of the interaction were quick, simple and on time. I doubt we will be back in Prague soon, but we would choose the same place... and we may seriously consider Numa for stays in other places in Europe, cause we loved this one.

Superb location just off Stepanska, approx 5-7 min walk to Venceslav Square. Great design, spacious rooms. Very clean indeed. This was already the second time a stayed at the property. There are also good restaurants right on Stepanska. Small 24hr shops to get some snacks and drinks just around the corner.

I did not have any issues with my stay. Also the area was nice and quiet. :)

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff was so friendly and accomodating, and the rooms were very clean and recently updated. Thank you!

La chambre très petite un placard le bruit de l ascenseur toute la nuit les murs de la chambre très sale chambre 301 salle de bain minuscule comme la chambre ..ils m ont proposer des boules caisses pour dormir .je suis peut être mal tomber ce jour

Вы заплатите 250 евро за грязь и беспокойство, а в знак извинения вам принесут просеко 200мл, маленькую шоколадку и бумагу we're sorry!!!! А юридических это значит что отель был готов к сотрудничеству ЕСЛИ ДЛЯ ВАС ВАЖНО ЧИСТОТА И КОМФОРТ то выбирайте за эти деньги другое место!!!! ЭТО МЕСТО КРАСИВОЕ ТОЛЬКО НА ФОТО которые несоответствиуют с реальностью!!!! ВСЁ УЖАСНО ГРЯЗНО
