Hotel Prague Star

Uciec!!! Nie rozumiem, jak można nazwać to miejsce hotelem! Nie mówię tu o małych i niezbyt funkcjonalnych pokojach, bo ci, którzy przyjeżdżają do Pragi, są prawie cały czas poza domem! Jednak kiedy wchodzę do pokoju, z łazienki wydobywa się nieprzyjemny zapach, nie wspominając o niewielkiej lub żadnej czystości w pokoju. Łóżko pełne włosów i włosów, które znajduję też w łazience. Proszę dziewczynę w recepcji, żeby zmieniła mi łóżko, ale nie ma personelu, próbuje, ale nie wie, od czego zacząć, prześcieradła są zniszczone i pożółkłe. Nie chcę opisywać materaca i poduszek...żółtych!! Proszę o zmianę pokoju, ale nie mają nic! Następnego dnia proszę o posprzątanie pokoju, efekt? Wszystko zostaje tak jak jest, proszę o wyjaśnienia i każą mi wysłać maila do reżysera! W końcu uciekliśmy! Na pozór wszystko wydaje się piękne, nawet lokalizacja, którą rozumiem, może być dogodna i strategiczna, ale jeśli brakuje podstawowych rzeczy, to nie. !!! Odrzucony!

A lovely small hotel located on a side street in the heart of the city. It was clean and quite. The staff was first rate. The TV lacked channels in english, but who has time for TV? Our only complaint is that breakfast opened at 8. We would had prefered that it opened at least one hour earlier. Still great value for the money. We will return if we visit Prague again.

Good hotel with excellent buffet breakfast handy location BUT no English tv Channels only Czech and German so 50+ channels to watch but no English movies or news crazy.., also check who u book with u can change dates … my provider would not let me change dates so be warmed

Hotel is in a side street which we found to be lovely and quiet...there are two lap dancing bars close by, but no sex workers loitering anywhere near the hotel or bars..it is right on top of a metro station, and a 10 to 20 minute stroll to the old town...Prague is huge with so much to see, and all within walking distance if you are fit and able...our room was smallish, but large enough.. After all, it isn't for living in, just sleeping...The room itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and made up daily... Aircon unit and safe provided with complimentary coffee/tea and shampoo, shower gel etc which was unexpected for the price...breakfast is European, meats,cheeses, pizza rice etc...fresh bread and rolls, cereals, juices and fruit...we stuck with toast etc, but the food looked great, just not for us in the morning..Wendy is the manager and her and all the girls we met were helpful, friendly and a credit to the hotel..would recommend highly, and will use when next in Prague

Even though our room was a little bit too small, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is good, not far from the historical centre, 2 minutes walking distance from San Vencenslao Square, 15/20 minutes walking distance from Charles Bridge. We really appreciated the breakfast with so many options that we couldn’t try all of them. Thumbs up for the green peas included in the breakfast: we don’t usually eat them at home, but we really liked them! The multi-cereal bread was also very good with jams, chocolate or to accompany savoury food. Clean rooms, which were cleaned up every morning. Professional and helpful staff. We also tried some of the tourist activities that the hotel organises and we enjoyed them.

A good hotel just off Wenceslas Square, within walking distance of the Old Town. The room was smallish but OK for our needs. The bed was comfortable and plenty of storage space for bags/clothes. There was no AC in the room which may be an issue. The bathroom was a decent size, however the shower seemed to only have one pressure, very strong, and it leaked quite badly around the hose and from the door on to the floor. Breakfast is OK. Central European style, so lots of meats, cheese and pickled things. But also bread, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. At the top of the street on the corner with the square there is the Railway Restaurant, which is fun to visit. Also, at the other end of the street and turn right, walk to the parks. There's a stop for the 22 tram which you can take to the Old Town, across the river and up to the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Prima hotel, dichtbij centrum en station. Alles keurig schoon, mooie kamer, rustig, heerlijk bed. Ontbijt ook heel goed, veel keuze hartig en zoet. Personeel pok heel vriendelijk. Goede keuze voor citytrip.

Per visitare Praga ho prenotato con mia moglie una camera presso questo Hotel dal 19 al 23 aprile c.a. e la scelta si è rivelata quanto mai fortunata. Hotel confortevole, pulito con personale gentilissimo dalla reception a coloro che provvedevano alla colazione dei clienti ed alla pulizia delle camere. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Unico neo la misura delle camere abbastanza ridotta ma ci si può tranquillamente adattare.
