Hotel Residence Bijou de Prague

The hotel is located in the centre of the Prague. Hotel staff is caring and very supportive. Special thanks to Poulini who really helped us get comfortable during our stay. I will strongly this hotel specially for a family.

An excellent location for a vacation in Prague, it is located in a beautiful area, close to the Prague Castle. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, which offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind, they try and fully succeed in meeting all requirements. The breakfast is varied, with quality products.

Fantastic short break in historic Prague. Hotel in great location with choice of resteraunts near by. Easy access by public transport. Hotel room spacious and light. Advantage of a second bedroom. Breakfast more than adequate.

Great stuff, service and cleanliness! Excellent location, walking distance to all sightseeing in old city centre. Personal able to speak different languages, also was very helpful for us. Hotel room was clean, warm (we stayed here in January), nice view from the windows, as it was mentioned at Booking site. Overall experience was great, definitely will recommend this hotel for your stay))

The reception, located at the opposite hotel, didn't pose any inconvenience for me, as the service provided was exemplary. They promptly responded to my pre-trip emails, assisting in arranging transportation from the airport to the hotel. The pricing was reasonable, and the driver's friendly demeanor instilled a sense of safety during the journey. Throughout our stay, the receptionists exhibited exceptional helpfulness, even though the reception was not operational 24 hours a day. Our choice of accommodation, Mozart, boasted a gorgeous interior design with ample space. The inclusion of a charming single room for my son added to the overall appeal, and he was particularly delighted with it. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious choices. The hotel's proximity to Prague Castle proved convenient, allowing us to easily visit and then relax in comfort. Additionally, being close to a tram station, conveniently situated next to Starbucks, facilitated easy exploration of the city. While the bathroom's design was pleasing, the shower setup was a bit challenging. Nevertheless, we found the bathtub to be a welcome retreat after a busy day of sightseeing, making it more than satisfactory for our needs. In conclusion, the positive experience has left us eager to return for another stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Prague. Very clean, had a cosy feel to it, the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, wide choice of food. The only issue we had was that there wasn't a way to heat up our toddler's milk in the room, no microwave and although there was a hob in the kitchenette, there were no pots. But apart from that we had a lovely stay and will return on our next trip to Prague.

Fantastic location, moments from the castle. Beautiful 2 bedroom suite, traditionally decorated in old style which complemented the building. Fantastic breakfast in the hotel just across the road, very good selection, friendly staff in cute dining room. The reception staff were very helpful with our lare arrival and baggage storage. An excellent hotel which represented fantastic value for money. Thank you!

Nestled in a quiet corner of the city, it provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle.The level of hygiene and attention to detail gave me a sense of comfort during my stay.
