Old Town Square Premium Apartments

This was a decent stay (MC6 on the square). The apartment is very cleanand staff are helpful. You only get one body towel and one hand towel per pertain and one duvet and one pillow. If you request extras they impose a $20 fee. The building was quiet but more often than not the security doors left ajar and anyone could enter the building.

i have been in several apartments all over the world even in ancient towns .but this was the worst apartment .my check in was 30jan2023.the reception is in another building and the staff fight and talks like the guest booked and paid are labours .the apartment when i went inside i saw inside kitchen there is a double bed i was surprised and there was a bunk bed in the top of bed the ceiling fan is like 30cm away from the bed .i have all the vedieos of inner and outside .if anybody intend to book this apartment please do contact me first 00971502771196 for your safety .the receptionist behave like animal and untill not i haven't received the 200euro blocked from my credit card as guarantee .i have passed one night and the next day i checked out and ran away from this place.

These people treat us really badly. ******* contacted them several times regarding moving our reservation to another week because someone in our party had Covid and we had to postpone the trip. ******* customer service contacted them at least three different times (while I was in the chat with them) and they always said that "the reservations people is gone for the day", it doesn't matter at what time you called them. Three days before arriving I decided to contact them directly just to find out that "because of the short time advice you can't do anything". So basically they tell you always to call later until it is too late. Worst customer service ever, AVOID STAYING HERE.

The building was gorgeous (on Kolkovnia), but was not in the old town square (not was the square visible) as advertised! The apartment itself was appointed in a pretty basic manner (definitely not premier) - think Primark, rather than John Lewis - situated above a nightclub with another two doors down and one across the street, so if you're a light sleeper you'd better pack earplugs as it is super noisy until the early hours (6am!). While the apartment itself is old and lovely with gorgeous high ceilings, it needs a fair bit of maintenance, the most annoying of which is there very squeaky floors so we'd wake each other up going to the loo. The rest is easily fixed: wobbly toilet, missing beading, sticking drawers, loose cupboard doors, marks on walls, yellowing paint, etc. If they'd been a little more adventurous with the decor (plain white walls scream 'can't be bothered') to reflect the premier aspect of the description, lost the extra beds so it didn't look like student accommodation, and it had actually been in the old town square, I would have been happier to pay the extra cost.

The place we stayed at was super nice and great location. My only complaint was something bite me in the middle of the night and made my foot swell up like a Easter Ham! I couldn’t walk the next day. I looked under the bed and it looked like a dust bunny farm- hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time

It was directly in the center of everything that j needed and very accessible as well.

The location is amazing! Rooms are big and everything was very clean. Highly recomended. La locación es la mejor! Las recamaras son grandes y todo muy limpio. Lo recomiendo.
