Doskonaly hotel z profesjonalna obsługą. Czysto I przyjemnie. Doskonale miejsce na wypoczynek. Bardzo bogaty szwedzki stół. Świeże i Bardzo dobrze przygotowane posiłki.polecam .świetne miejsce dla par lub całej rodziny.

Na urlopie byliśmy na przełomie maja i czerwca. 2 z 5 zjeżdżalni w aquaparku nie działały, ale przynajmniej tam panował względny porządek z możliwością skorzystania z leżaków, dzięki temu, że aquapark był odgrodzony oddzielnym wejściem i zamykany. Natomiast przy głównym basenie, mimo informacji, iż basen jest czynny od godz. 9.00 i prosi się gości o nie zajmowanie leżaków ręcznikami, już idąc na śniadanie o godz. 8.00 nie ma wolnych leżaków. Ludzie kładą: ręczniki, majtki dzieci, dmuchane materace, a nawet... liście! Niestety w tym zachowaniu przodują Brytyjczycy, którzy nie przestrzegają żadnych, ale to żadnych zasad. Na obiad czy kolację do restauracji, wchodzą w samych gaciach, ociekających jeszcze wodą z basenu, zostawiając ślady mokrych stóp na podłodze. Matki do stolików znoszą wszystkie dziecięce gadżety basenowe: materace, koła,piłki - co się da. Na nic informacje, żeby nie wchodzić w samych kąpielówkach na obiad czy kolację. Bardzo mnie zniesmaczyło zachowanie obsługi hotelu, która w ogóle na to nie reagowała. Byliśmy już na wielu wyjazdach i pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją. Jedzenie: śniadania codziennie takie same, obiady i kolacje - ciut inne. Głodnym się nie będzie, ale szału nie ma. Z garnka na zupę, notorycznie odpadała gałka od pokrywki, co uniemożliwiało jej podniesienie. Jak była gałka, nie było chochli albo głębokich talerzy. Oczywiście obsługa przyniosła wszystko jeśli się zwróciło uwagę. Zupy codziennie były koloru zielonego - mix. Majstersztykiem była zupa, do której dodano makaron spaghetti - pewnie został z obiadu, nie do zjedzenia łyżką. Hotel położony nigdzie. Do centrum Protaras jest jakieś 30-40 minut spaceru, do Ayia Napa można pojechać autobusem spod hotelem. Plaża zatokowa. Na pewno na plaży najbliżej hotelu, dzieci nie pobawią się spokojnie, trzeba iść do Protaras. Hotel może i ma potencjał, ale dopóki obsługa hotelu sama nie będzie wymagała przestrzegania zasad hotelu które sami ustalili, pobytu w tym hotelu nie polecam. Naprawdę nie polecam.

We visited the week after half term, Family of 7 and cant think of any negatives at all. The staff were great, helpful & friendly. Bar staff always happy and good fun. The hotel pool / waterpark facilities were excellent The food again was great, loads of choice good quality and varied. Catered for 2 very fussy kids, 1 vegan, 1 veggie in our party no problem. The rooms were basic but good, did the job, cleaned daily as well. Fully recommend

I stayed for a week just just my toddler. The holiday surpassed my expectations. As a vegetarian, I am always worried about the food selection but shouldn't have been. It was varied and delicious. The pools were great, slides were fantastic and it wasn't too noisy. The staff work so hard and are really lovely. My room was large with a sea view and very comfortable and was cleaned regularly. I felt safe and welcomed and relaxed.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and will not be our last. The staff make this hotel they cannot do enough for you. Staff - amazing 👏 special shout out to Babis who is very welcoming and remembered us from last time. The restaurant staff always smiling and clear your tables very quickly and take ur drinks orders. Bar staff friendly, chat away to you and have a laugh a joke with you. Callum the etertaiments lad is amazing , funny and caring. Makes everyone feel included. He puts his special twist on aqua aerobics and I couldn't stop laughing. Reception are on hand to answer any questions and very welcoming. Cleaners come in every day to clean the rooms and everything is as it should be. Food - different theme every night and a good variety of food and tasty.My husband is a fussy eater but he has no trouble at all. Breakfast is lovely the usual breakfast choices along with freshly made omelette, pancakes and pastries. Rooms - have everything you need whilst on holiday , comfy bed, fresh towels , toilettes, fridge , date and hairdryer. Iron is available if needed There's Is a chap round the pool area who comes and takes ur empty cups when finished and cleans around. Once again thank you to all the staff that really do make sure you have a relaxing fun filled holiday. There's a supermarket for all your needs and a little coffee shop a vouple of minutes away that do amazing cakes. Turn left out yhd hotel snd walk 10 mins snd there is a fab Greek taverna if like is you like to nip out for a meal then fo try this place. And if you do read negative reviews you can't please everyone but as for complaining about wasps it's a hot country drinks get spilt just like in the UK they attract wasps. I hate wasps but it's not a major issue no more than being anywhere else See you guys soo and thank you all 🥰

Had a fab week at this hotel starting with reception - lovely staff very friendly , Restaurant - food was lovely plenty of variety restaurant staff were fab too, Hotel - very clean and tidy, Room - clean and spacious fresh towels most days, Entertainment great - Callum was great doing aqua aerobics every morning he always had a chat with everyone around the pool. The kids loved him. Area ,- bus stop outside of hotel to take you to protaras across the road for the bus to ayi napa or you could walk the coastal walk to protaras takes about 40 mins. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Booked this hotel as a last minute trip after having to cancel a holiday the week before (son was in hospital) and I’m so glad we found this lovely little gem. The staff are a credit to the hotel, so friendly and welcoming. I have to have a gluten free diet and the head chef showed me each day what I could eat from the buffet or offered to make something for me. There was plenty of variety for the rest of the family and the food was lovely. The rooms are spacious and everywhere throughout the hotel was clean and tidy. We spent most of the time at the water park which was great fun for the kids and adults included. The evening entertainment area is quite small (the stage area itself) but there’s plenty of seating to sit out at night time if you wanted to. I’ve seen in another review that the same person does the day time activities plus DJ at night which is true but he’s got bundles of energy and was well liked by guests. Really easy and cheap to access bus routes to both Protaras and Ayia Napa if you do want to venture out. We’re so pleased that we booked to stay here. Really enjoyed ourselves

We stayed for 5 nights last week, room was nice and food was okay, not a massive selection for kids but could always find something we liked. Waterpark was good but the best part of the hotel was Callum who looked after the entertainment, he always made sure the kids were having fun even when it was raining! All the other staff seemed friendly but the hotel really wouldn't be the same without him!

Food was horrible- no choose, cold, whole week no more fruits like banana’s, apples . Same with desserts- no choose. All inclusive bar- very poor. All Sun beds before 8 reserved ( the hotel rules is - all towel before 9 will be removed- no one form the staff care about this) . Very small place for mini disco ( the same one person provides mini disco, aqua aerobic , and water polo) . Room was clean. Definitely No recommend
