+ Great views from the apartment, location . - Low level of cleaning. The apartment was tired, all basic and in need of some TLC.

Me and my family stayed for 7 nights, the overall experience was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned when we asked and we have a really nice location next to the pool. The problems we faced were the WiFi in the room and around the immediate area are not great, meaning you rely on your own internet. The tv in the apartment only had 5 channels which were all in Spanish, meaning if you wanted to stay in one night you were stuck for something to do and couldn’t watch tv, you can’t even connect your phone up to watch movies, we also were surprised that on the listing on jet2 it said the rooms had air con but they didn’t, only the front room had air con and it wasn’t powerful enough to keep two bedrooms cool. It’s a shame there isn’t an on site restaurant even though the jet2 listing says there is, it’s just a little pool bar and everytime we went the poor lady behind the counter was so overworked, potentially by other people who were led to believe there was an onsite restaurant. These are all things that can easily be resolved to make my rating from an 8 to a 10.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was lovely and great location but unfortunately now it's just tired and dirty with rude staff on reception and cleaners who can't move a coffee table to clean underneath oh and cockroaches to which we were told to go somewhere else if we weren't happy

Nice apartments in a good location. We had lovely views of the pool and sea. There are lots of reviews and comments that mention poor cleaning, but I believe the maid came every other day, and this was enough for us. We only use the rooms as a base. Every morning, you see the pool area being cleaned and lots of attention to keeping the gardern areas presentable. For the money we paid for our holiday, it was worth it and I would stay again. Pool area very relaxed and next to no sunbed reserving, reasonably priced pool snack bar. Only a little point, they don't have a washroom/shower facility for when they can't offer a late check out. Which was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful apartment would definitely come back. Pools ate great there is 2 and all apartments have a pool/sea veiw. We are very happy. Cleaning service are great very nice people and all staff are great very clean and tidy apartments very happy. Location is amazing not a long walk to the beach of old town strip. Shopping centre literally at our door stop couldn recommend this place enough

There is nothing that would ever entice me to step foot in this place again. Rude unhelpful staff who no more want a job in a customer facing industry than the man in the moon. On checking in on Friday 30th we asked for a room with a balcony but the staff said there wasn't any. We could ask the next day to change if we wished. The staff was extremely unpleasant and not remotely friendly/ welcoming at all. Surely a basic skill when people are checking in to accommodation. On Friday evening we found a cockroach in the apartment. The apartment 103 was incredibly dirty. Floors were filthy and there was thick dirt in crevices on windows and patio door. On Saturday morning I informed the next member of staff that the room was dirty and a cockroach was present. He seemed unperturbed and said he would send a maid to clean. The filth of this place is undisputed. Only for the fact I seen a maid entering the room I wouldn't have believed she ever visited. She also came with no cleaning supplies or a brush/mop. You can imagine on arrival back in the afternoon I was not surprised to find the room just as dirty as it was on check in. On Saturday evening when we came back from dinner I found 4 more cockroaches in the sink. We sprayed the sink and all entry points with an insect repellent. We woke up on Sunday morning to another large dead cockroach in the shower tray as we had sprayed the drain in the shower. On Monday we moved apartment to 203. Again another filthy apartment with dust and dirt plentiful. There was actually blood on the bathroom door as you can see in the picture attached. On the balcony we sprayed insect spray before we headed out at lunch time just to be safe. Of course 4 cockroaches were living in the drain on the balcony. There is a huge skip on the premises. When we walked past every night we could see all the cockroaches freely roaming around. There was even visible cockroaches at the pool area. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you don't mind sharing the apartment with cockroaches. From the pictures you can see the dirt that is present in both apartments so not surprising that it’s a popular ground for cockroaches to inhabit.

Big sized rooms, double bedroom separate Sofa bed was comfortable (50 Yr old slept on it) Good sized balcony Location superb for the beach, the new and old towns, the shopping centre, the supermarkets and the bus stops. All within walking distance View from balcony was amazing We didnt use it but the kitchenette was very small plus no cloth to clean equipment with Room a bit noisy at night, might have been the fridge but definitely the wind Some steps around the property Not sure if the restaurant is open Have to pay €2 a day for the safe Suspect getting a sunbed around either of the pools in the height of the season will be challenging

Just returned from a great holiday at Labranda El Dorado and what a great time we had. The complex is very well run from top to bottom. The apartments are in a fantastic location giving you easy access to either the old town or the main strip. We stayed in one of the top floor apartments and it was a joy waking up to that view overlooking the pool and out to the sea every day. The staff work hard to keep the place spotless and looking pristine. We look forward to returning again very soon.

Place a dump filthy and disgusting. Cockroaches running all over worktops. Reception staff ignorant and not interered Sofas all stained, broken tiles everywhere. Should be shut down, arrived after a very long day, no hot water was told wait till tomorrow cant be fixec
