"Hotel located on the access road to Puigcerdà, just before entering the town centre. It is perfect if you go by car, as it has a large free outdoor parking. The downside is if you want to walk to the center of the town, you have to go about 500 meters along the shoulder of the road and it is quite dangerous. The hotel is a little old, but it has been remodeled in parts and in general everything is correct. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need. They are well insulated from the outside, since the noise from the road is incessant. It has a non-heated outdoor pool, and a large garden-outdoor play area where weddings or events are frequently held. The breakfast is very good and varied. The only bad thing is that the dining room is on different levels, and to serve your food you have to go up/down some steps and it is complicated especially if someone has reduced mobility. Magnificent attention from the staff in general."

"The best hotel in Puigerdà! Familiar and welcoming. Surrounded by a large garden area, it offers a Spa and swimming pool. Its privileged location allows clients to carry out all types of recreational activities: hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, and discover the authenticity of the towns and the natural environment of Cerdanya Montse, the director, she was super kind, we had a very good connection with her! From the beginning we felt at home. The hotel is great! nicely decorated. Especially now at Christmas, full of details. The rooms are very comfortable and warm, the bathroom was very clean and spacious with everything we need, shower, towels, gel, shampoo, hairdryer... The buffet breakfast was incredible! juices fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses, ham Delicious bakery and all kinds of breads. We have really enjoyed breakfast! Coffee, tea and milk chocolate, very good coffee! The best breakfast we have ever had! A lot of energy to start charging our batteries on our sku day. All the staff were super friendly. Iván and Magali answered my phone and their attitude is exceptional, they made everything very easy for us. It was a short but intense stay! We have to come back, for sure! Hotel el Prado is definitely a paradise in Puigerda! Thank you very much for the experience"

"A 100% recommended hotel, with very comfortable beds. Triple room and spacious bathroom. We had a problem with the extra bed and the same day they changed it for another one. The pool is very pleasant, semi-covered, with an ideal temperature. The garden is an oasis, you can also dine there. There is a lighter menu, great for dinner if you don't want to eat too much in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is wonderful and the portions are generous.
