"The entrance in a quiet unremarkable side street hides a small luxury hotel beyond. You are greeted by a large impressive reception area which sets the standard for the rest of the hotel, extensive well planted and tended gardens, a large free form pool, lovely restaurant area, and then the rooms. Only 25 rooms well spread out, the poolside ones with a winding carp filled stream outside and pool villas behind tall walls. Our Lotus pool villa was excellent. Large bedroom, large outdoor bathroom area, lounge/kitchen with fridge and even basic cooking facilities and the highlight pool with external sunbathing area. Not a small plunge pool but a decent size. If you want a longer swim the large communal pool was never busy. The service was impeccable. From check in to the breakfast service and dinner one evening all staff were ex-cellent. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to the busy shopping and restaurants area. For beaches you really need to go 15 minutes by motorbike to Tanjung An or, in the opposite direction, 20 minutes to Mawun. The hotel arranged our motorbike at a very competitive rate."

The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices. There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road. Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!"

"In the Kuta area, it's common to have your sleep disturbed by mosque prayer calls in the early morning if you choose the wrong hotel. However, at this hotel, if you just close the windows, you can barely hear any noise, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I communicated with the staff via WhatsApp, and their responses were quick, and requests were handled promptly. Most importantly, all the staff members were friendly, which made my stay very pleasant. The prices for massages and drinks within the hotel were comparable to those outside, so there was no need to venture out. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. What I liked most was the hotel's atmosphere. The entire resort had a calm and healing vibe, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool's unique design, especially, allowed for a leisurely rest when leaning against the edge. The room had a projector, which was great for spending time watching movies, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious, which I appreciated. Overall, it was such a satisfying stay that I'd love to visit again. The only downside was that I had booked an airport pick-up service for the first day, but for some reason, the car didn't show up. Fortunately, the hotel apologized by offering a cake, and their subsequent responses were very earnest. If you plan to use the airport pick-up, I recommend double-checking via WhatsApp the day before to confirm your reservation."
