"Stayed here before and after our expedition with Quark Expeditions. The hotel is quite lovely, extremely clean, the rooms spacious, and the pillows! I am trying to buy them but it is proving difficult. The breakfast was just OK though. There weren't many hot options. I didn't try the eggs, as my friend did and advised not to. There was bacon but they shredded it ... I was very confused. The other offerings were OK I guess, there was just nothing that stood out. Punta Arenas is very windy, and it is quite noticeable at night in the rooms. Very central to everything, very clean."

"It was so dirty, I laid my clothes on the bed to sleep on. The bathroom had water stains on the faucet, I was too tired to go to another hotel so I closed my eyes pretending not to see the dirt & dust around the entire room. Upscale hotels same price!"

"Old-fashioned hotel with complete internal facilities. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, helped with luggage and checked in quickly. The size of the room is right, and the two 28-inch suitcases are not crowded after they are spread out. The bedding is clean and the mattress is not hard or soft. The bathroom is dry and wet, and the bath towels are very soft. Freshly ground coffee and desserts are available in the lobby. Breakfast is plentiful and vegetable salad is delicious."
