Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina & Villas Cap Cana

My family consisting of my wife and daughters ages 24 snd 25 just returned from spending 7 days at SI Cap Cana Resort. And we had a remarkable time. The staff made it remarkable. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff that went over and beyond the whole time we were there to make sure we had the best experience. By the time we left the staff moved beyond just servers, but became our friends and like family. Amanda and Ishmeil welcomed us, took us into their office, gave us Champaign, and took time to explain the resort facilities, activities, and features ( which include allot!) to make sure we got the most out of our stay. Ishmeil and I exchanged text numbers and he told me to get him personally anytime I needed anything, And I did. and he always came through. Miguel, another manager at the resort also went over and beyond taking care of my family. All of the stall did. The shuttle driver Erick who took our family anywhere we needed to go was so nice and it was a joy being around him. Another manager/server Sandy was all so a great young man who I came to respect and become friends with who also went over and beyond for us during our stay. The whole staff did this as well. We were always greeted with warm smiles, friendly faces, joy by everyone from the bar tenders, chefs, servers, and even lady who daily cleaned our room was so sweet. The main pool with bar and activities was beautiful and fun! The beach was absolutely beautiful with nice sand and beautiful water you could walk way out in. The service at the beach from the beach bar and restaurant was also great and Edrey, Adanis, William and others brought drinks and food our to our beach chairs. The meals were good and special shows like the Dominican night were great. The whole time there we we also felt completely safe. It was one of those places that if you left your wallet on the table you knew it would be there when you got back. My family and I will return there again for another trip in the future.

We booked through Monster for a timeshare presentation. We saw a lot of mix reviews from low to high. This will be based on personal experience. My husband and I had an amazing time there. Most of the staff was friendly particularly Luary, part of management. Although we had to wait 2 hours after checking in to get a room, we killed the time eating dinner. It was worth the wait when we were placed in the presidential suite. The rooms were very clean and beautifully designed. The only con was that this suite was away from the main activities which caused us to rely on bellhop most of the trip to go back and forth. The best entertainment was Michael Jackson experience. Although they offered daily pool activities, we are more beach people. We shuttle to the beach daily to enjoy some sea breeze and food. Yes, their agenda times are delayed but with some patience that is expected it was no major problem. The villa is very safe to walk at night and private to those who are on the resorts. The food was delicious and fresh. I would recommend this for couples who want to relax and want a low key experience. If you are a partier and want more action after 9pm than you may prefer another resort. Dwight and Kristen from Latitude Resorts and presentation did an excellent job to make us feel at home without pressure. We even met the new owner who went out his way to come speak and shake our hands. They are rebuilding and transition is always hard but this family style resort is a great escape for serenity.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially, Sopita with his creativity and always making us laugh. He would always stop everyday to say hello to us and to see what we were interested in doing. He was dressed up for the Fourth of July and made it entertaining even though it was raining.

My daughter and I stayed at the all inclusive for 6 days and 5 nights. The staff was awesome. They worked really hard to keep us happy and engaged. Notable staff members were Sandy, Fabio, Antolin, Mayra, Loiusa, Sopita, Luis- sales, and Felix. The food was very tasty. Our room was large and spacious. The resort is being remodeled. After it's complete, I'm sure it will become 5 stars.

Candy was very fun to play with in the pool!! She played volleyball and pickleball with us! Made today very fun. Was very helpful with getting us equipment for the pool for us to have fun. The pool has a volleyball and is surrounded by palm trees

Scheduling activities and transportation was so convenient. Zumba dancing by the pool was great fun. Always great food and music and drinks available. The rooms were really nice. The pool is walk-in warm. Lovely. Thank you to the entire staff for everything. We love you all.
