Food was god awful. Disgusting.

靠譜不踩雷全包酒店 餐廳裏的飯都不錯 酒店本身很好但通過攜程訂的話不出問題沒事，一出問題就找不到人能幫忙解決了，攜程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我們因為航空原因晚到 攜程不給往後延一天入住 等我們到酒店住完走的時候酒店都説如果是直接跟酒店訂的可以給延。攜程不給延期也不給退款

聖誕假期和朋友去的，選擇的理由是這家酒店相對比較新，按照度假酒店的標準，還算是可以的，全包價其實包含的比較少，攜程上寫的許多免費項目，到了酒店都需要自費，服務還是不錯的，酒店的食物也很贊，整體來説除了貴沒毛病

I chose this property based on reviews here and on the Tube claiming how excellent the food was... it was ok but not great. Having stayed at many other 4 and 5 star properties in Punta Cana, I would say the food was better than most, especially the French restaurant. And a late night pizza from the sports bar was pretty good, too. But the other restaurants were pretty much average. I had a top end beachfront swimout room. The location near the main pool made it easy to jump in and out of what was going on there. The swim out looked right towards the beach, which I indulged myself in a lot. Overall, the room was in good shape and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, and everything is walkable. The spa is your typical resort spa, and the hydrotherapy area was relaxing, albeit a bit small. I did not make it to the gym this trip. I wish they had a broader assortment of beers, Presidente got old real fast. The bars were very understaffed. For example, at the beach party, they had 1 bartender for the entire event. Standing in line for 20 minutes to get a drink was a real buzzkiller... better get two while you are up. The same thing happened at pool bar. All in all, would I come back...? Maybe, .but only after I checked out a couple more places that are on my to do list. While it does offer tranquility, entertainment was boring, food good but not great (except for the French restaurant), and drinks and skills of bartenders unimpressive, it's not my favorite.

Really nice hotel, the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were very modern and clean with a stocked mini bar and nice to see they would re stock and sometimes with snacks too. Room service was a bit on and off for us as sometimes we would want to come back to the room for about 4 to chill and get ready after being around the pool and beach all day but the room had not been cleaned or done yet and most days it would be after 5 ish for them to clean the room which was quite late, not sure if this is the same for everyone or just where are room was? The food was nice and they had 4 restaurants with the French definitely being the best, the breakfast was the main thing letting down a little just with a bit of lack of options and it got very repetitive. Night entertainment was good and it was something different every night. Is definitely a couples hotel with a romantic feel so I wouldn’t suggest if you are planning a party holiday or lads/girls holiday just as it is mainly couples. Overall the hotel is very nice and not to far from nightlife and it was a nice get away.

Amazing stay! The service is exceptional specially Miguel and Salvador at the pool restaurant! One of best resorts I have been visited! The food is amazing and I intend to come back next year or whenever I can! My wife was so happy as well! Love everything!
