We recently stayed in a spacious Suite room, perfect for my family! The location was ideal, just a short walk to Licun Night Market and the Metro Station. However, the bathroom layout could use some improvement for better functionality. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. A wide variety of options for breakfast was impressive, including delicious freshly baked Danish pastry and all the essential Oriental breakfast selections. Service was at a high level overall. They accommodated us on the 20th floor, which had a complimentary snack during happy hours. The room was clean and newly renovated.

Super comfy Bed and spacy Room are key highlights in Hampton by Hilton Qingdao Hotel. There is a very good Hot pot Restaurant adjoined to The Hotel. Typical Hampton by Hilton Breakfast is Delicious and well spread . Front office staff very Friendly and Helpfull too.

Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

This is my third stay at Atour Hotel, and I’m extremely satisfied once again. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the environment is clean and convenient. I will definitely continue choosing Atour for my future trips to China. The location is great — it’s close to Qingdao North Train Station, and taking a Didi only takes about 10 minutes, which is perfect for catching early trains. Qingdao North Station is very large, so do go early. There are plenty of fast-food stalls and snack shops inside the station where you can enjoy breakfast before your train. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is a huge advantage, right next to Qingdao North Station and just a stone's throw from the Ginza Harmony Plaza commercial district. When you arrive in Qingdao by high-speed rail, you don't have to travel far; a short taxi ride gets you to the hotel, making it hassle-free even with heavy luggage. Downstairs, there are supermarkets and various restaurants, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The subway lines are well-connected, offering easy access to famous attractions like Zhanqiao Pier and May Fourth Square. Whether you're catching an early high-speed train or heading out for sightseeing, you won't waste much time on travel, which is particularly friendly for business travelers. Upon entering the lobby, you can feel Atour's unique humanistic atmosphere. Warm lighting, coupled with minimalist wooden designs, creates a serene environment. The 24-hour Zhuju Library is quiet and elegant, with shelves full of books. You can sit here and read during breaks in your journey, shedding the fatigue of travel. The male manager at the front desk was very efficient with check-in, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite, providing proper service. They proactively offered useful information about local transportation and dining, and luggage storage requests were handled perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The guest room was clean and tidy, continuing Atour's minimalist and tranquil decor. The space was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The Plant series bedding felt soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was firm yet comfortable. After a long day, lying down allowed for complete relaxation. Different pillow styles were available, ensuring a good night's sleep even for those with high demands for sleep quality. The bathroom had full wet and dry separation, with stable water pressure, and the toiletries had a subtle, natural tea scent. The room was equipped with a large desk, ample power outlets, and stable high-speed WiFi, making it very convenient for handling work during business trips. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a commercial area, it was quiet and peaceful, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest until morning. The hotel's facilities are complete and well-equipped. The 24-hour laundry room with a drying function is very practical for long-term travelers. The gym has a full range of equipment, perfect for a quick workout during leisure time. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, fresh fruit drinks, and even local specialty snacks. The flavors were authentic and nutritious, allowing guests to start their day feeling full and energized. Robot delivery service was prompt and efficient. Throughout my stay, I truly felt that the hotel's service wasn't just a perfunctory, assembly-line experience, but rather one filled with genuine care at every turn. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Hygiene control was strict, and facilities were well-maintained. Whether for a business trip, a high-speed rail transfer, or a short family getaway, this Atour hotel is a highly recommended choice. The next time I visit Qingdao, I will still prioritize staying here, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends visiting Qingdao.

The sound insulation effect exceeded expectations, and the rest at night was particularly stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the design is very practical. I like the open guide table in the room the most. The design is full and it is very convenient to use. The service is intimate and thoughtful, and free parking is also provided. It is especially friendly to drive by car. The overall experience is full. I have already given this Amway to friends who are going to Qingdao to play. It is recommended to choose here for travel accommodation!
