The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

Great hotel. A little aged but it is all part of the charm. Great pool and right on the beach. Great location. Breakfast was good but it is Asian style. Overall, happy with the stay. Would stay again

The room was clean, the breakfast delicious, and the location idyllic. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The beach is nearby and so are a lot of restaurants and shops. Beside the pool there is also a spot to get your feet cleaned by fish.

Good hotel for a small town, the beach is near but it’s forbidden to swim into the sea because there is a lots of hiding rocks. Coming in vacation to an island and not be allowed to swim in the sea is a bit pity.

The staff is very polite, kind and friendly. They try their best to please the customers. The hotel needs to be updated, it is shabby and neglected. It wasn't a good match for us, but families with children might find it OK. Breakfast wasn't good for us: no bread, no fresh vegetables and almost no fruit.

我是入住718房間的客人，這次和先生一起來海南自由行遊玩，在攜程上預訂了這家博鰲海島森林海景酒店，這家酒店開業早，剛開始有很多擔心，主要是環境和客房會不會不乾淨？然而到了酒店後，一切的擔心都沒有了，辦入住的第一天，遇到了一位帥哥在前台接待，開始猜想肯定不會太仔細，但在整個辦理入住的過程中，讓我們感受到他特別的細緻負責，尤其是收到他特意為客人做的攻略，讓我們出遊提供了很多的方便，在交流的過程中，知道這位帥哥叫“朱偉”，原來預訂了二晚，後來又續租了一天，在幾天的遊玩過程中，有什麼不明白就找朱偉，明天將離開酒店，特意給他送上五星好評！
再説説酒店吧，酒店雖不大，有泳池、魚療，酒店後門出去就是大海，是“海的故事”網紅一條街，非常方便。客房也非常乾淨，被套都是新的睡着很舒服。早餐品種很豐富，就是沒有空調，用餐時感覺有點熱，酒店還有簡單的下午茶提供，大廳還有香蕉供客人免費隨取。每天早上九點半，酒店還有免費體驗椰子採摘品嚐活動，我們也遇到了熱情的小夥子“阿福”，滔滔不絕為我們介紹了椰子樹的故事，總之，入住這家酒店有許多的驚喜，以後度假還會入住這家酒店，再次感謝感謝你們這些優秀的朋友，讓我們在博鰲度過了一個快樂的假期！

小朱服務好，攻略齊全，周邊環境位置不錯，設施衞生也可以，早餐自助的，整天都很好，帶狗友好
陽台上可以直麪日出，天氣不好預報有雷陣雨，但是早上沒有雨，雖然沒看到日出，朝霞很美，強烈推薦！
