"Decided to extend my stay because I liked it so much. A big thank you to the front desk lady who helped my child print their homework. Also, thank you for promptly communicating with management and switching me to a room with a different orientation due to the construction noise, which ensured I could sleep peacefully. My only hope is that the restaurant breakfast staff could be a bit more flexible. I told them I didn't want noodles or vermicelli, just some cooked vegetables and 6 shrimp. They absolutely refused, saying it was against their rules – shrimp could only be added when making noodles or vermicelli, and only 2 shrimp per bowl. In the end, they forced me to take three bowls of noodles, with two shrimp in each, and all those noodles went to waste. In the age of AI, what machines can't replace is human flexibility and a touch of humanity. I hope there's room for improvement!"

"This stay was fantastic! The hotel's overall environment is elegant and clean, with a comfortable and grand lobby design. The rooms were meticulously cleaned with no missed spots, and they felt spacious and airy. Being super close to the sea, the views were expansive and absolutely stunning. I have to commend the staff's service-oriented mindset; they were proactive, thoughtful, and incredibly perceptive throughout my stay, anticipating my needs without me even having to ask. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and patiently, proactively offering information about local attractions. Housekeeping and hallway staff always greeted me politely, and any requests were met with incredibly fast responses. The attention to detail truly showed how much they care. The service was comprehensive and excellent, the environment was comfortable and elegant, and the staff were professional yet warm. I felt completely at home throughout my entire stay. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation, and I'll be back again! The only minor downside was that being so close to the sea, the room had a bit of a damp and moldy smell."

"Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended."

The decor and everything else are great, the rooms are quite spacious, and there are convenient restaurants around the hotel. There are local tea shops nearby, and the breakfast selection and snacks are plentiful. It's also very close to Boao High-Speed Railway Station, and the hotel provides free shuttle service to the high-speed rail station and airport. The service is really good, kudos to the young man who provided it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come!"

"This is a guesthouse located on a high floor in a residential complex. You'll need to add their customer service WeChat to get the access code. When I first entered the room, there was a strong odor, but it got much better after opening the window. There's a mini-fridge that hums loudly at night, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to unplug it. The room offers direct sea views, and you can hear the waves at night. The whole building feels quite deserted, so if you're traveling alone, you might want to consider other options. For meals, you'll need to go into town."
