在這家酒店性價比蠻高，兩百多塊錢還帶陽台，房間內的衞生都還不錯，但是床單上有頭髮和一些印跡，應該不是天天換洗

A very nice, small hotel in Quito. Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Nice room, good linen, quiet, and a good bathroom. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. My check-in time was delayed due to transportation issues - I notified the staff via text messages and they were extremely nice about responding and holding the room for me.

This is the second time I have stayed there. Both times I was in room 12 with a balcony. Excellent!

This hostel is an excellent base to explore Quito. Rooms are small but clean, it is very safe plus they offer you parking if you ever arrive with your own or rented car. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They even safely kept one of our bags for four days when we went in the Yassuní or they had our room ready before checkin time as we arrived early. The hotel is just 10 min away by taxi from the city center and has lots of restaurants around. We definitely recommend it and would come back again if we can!

Terra Premium is a very good base from which to explore Quito and the surrounding area (day trips). Staff are really friendly, breakfast will get you going in the morning, and the location seemed pretty good, with restaurants close by and near the historic city, though not so much that you’d worry about after-dark security (historic Quito is currently having a bad spell in terms of night-time safety, we were warned). Some of the bed-linen and shower curtains are showing their age and have some permanent stains, but everything was clean and tidy whenever we arrived.

We highly recommend this small hotel and enjoyed the location, which is on a side street and quiet on Wed, Thur, Sun (we were told the neighborhood's discos a few blocks away draws young crowds on Fri & Sat). The staff is very friendly and accommodating and each of our rooms (we started and ended trip here) were very clean and comfortable. The shared terrace is exactly as it appears and we ate takeout there once. Breakfasts were generous with fast service. The taxi drivers they arranged for us to/from airport were terrific. They even delivered cookies and a hot water bottle to our room, shortly after we would return in the evening. Very warm, friendly place to stay.

So many things to like about this hotel. Spotless clean. Great bed and pillows. Great shower. Amazing breakfast. Quiet and secure neighborhood (police station next door). Nice terrace to hang out. We had a balcony which we enjoyed. But most of all, the very caring and friendly staff. Anny at reception was so helpful with answering our questions. Fernando, Alex, Cecile, Daniel ... we're all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Terra Premium.

No os dejéis engañar por la palabra "hostal", es un hotel en toda regla. Habitaciones muy amplias, con cama grande, caja fuerte, muchas toallas... La mujer de la recepción es súper amable. Nos dejó utilizar la terraza y el comedor para traer comida de fuera. Lo único que nos molestó fueron unos perros vecinos que ladran por la noche.
