"I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel! Now only is the place beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood but the hostess and staff are some of the most friendly and accommodating I have ever had! They made us feel at home and provided service well above what was expected. They allowed us a late check out when we had an evening flight and watched our bags when we traveled to the Amazon for 4 days. They contacted us prior to our trip to arrange pickup from the airport and it seemed that at every turn they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! I had a massage while there and that too was a spectacular experience! I could not recommend this hotel enough to any person traveling to Quito. 10/10"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Osmund, Marco, and Emily for their exceptional hospitality, though honestly, every staff member we encountered was fantastic! The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like a fridge and microwave for guest use, and a very nice shower with some of the best water pressure we have felt! Breakfast was included, which was a wonderful bonus to start the day. The hotel is very safe with locked doors and gates, and 24/7 reception, which gave us peace of mind. The area felt safe to walk around in as well and there were a few malls nearby. We were also particularly impressed by how the staff helped us find a doctor when we were feeling unwell. Their care and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting, we will definitely be back!"

"The view is really amazing! Be sure to sign up for the $2.5 breakfast!! They also provide shampoo! It might be a little noisy in the morning because the water vendor is walking around. It might be a little difficult to walk up 173 steps from downtown to the accommodation, but it was a satisfactory accommodation :)"

The hotel environment and location are very good, there is always a police inspection at the door, the security is also good, the pharmacy and various restaurants are out, the Carolina Park is a few minutes walk, our family of three set a twin room, the hotel upgraded the family room for free to us, American breakfast tastes good, Anyway, very satisfied! grateful!"
