Staff was friendly. Hotel and grounds were clean. Massage service was good.
Room, shower and bathroom were great.
Cons-no stores nor gift shop as advertised on web. Hot tub was not hot.
VIP perks were nice.

Great place and helpful staff. Everything was top notch.
All positive for my visit. Only thing I'd say to improve is the pool hours till 7 so people can enjoy the twilight in the beautiful Andes. 6 is a bit early.

Everything flawless as always. This is my 7-8th visit. I wouldn’t stay elsewhere in Quito but I would appreciate Netflix accessibility on the TV.

Modern hotel with convenient shuttle to the airport. Really appreciated the upgrade to the business suite after a long week of hiking. The whole room was very clean & comfortable.. but especially loved the shower & the bed! Customer service was excellent. Left too early to enjoy breakfast, but we were grateful for the coffee machine that was in the lobby. :) Thanks again for a wonderful night!!

Love staying atEB hotel every time I have a lay over in Quito. All of the staff is so polite, rooms are big, clean, confortable beds and quiet. Morning breakfast is excellent and love that they pick and drop me off at the airport! Highly recommend!
