I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was so nice and made my stay extremely comfortable. The area was safe and was centered in a great location next to other restaurants if you wanted something different than the restaurant on the property. They had a decent gym that had enough to get a work out in. The room was spacious and had all the essentials. The room service was great and great prices. I literally had no complaints and if I ever go back to Quito, I would return to the hotel.

Very friendly and efficient staff, very clean and well appointed rooms with fantastic views.
The food was outstanding, excellent choice and always more than enough, well-done to the team, we'll be staying again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Very accommodating to hold our luggage after we had checked out since we were touring the city until 6pm

Super staff! I accidentally dropped $380.00 in cash when I checked out. Heading to Baños. I got a call from the front desk telling me they found the money and after checking video they determined it was mine. I couldn't believe it. They held it for me until I returned to Quito. WOW!!
