滿意樓頂平台景觀，房間小，大部分時間在外面逛。服務人員非常親切的，能英語。在老城玩方便。

I had an absolutely wonderful day here. The staff was so friendly and so helpful and planning my day trips. I couldn’t have asked for more from them. It was a safe secure building with a nice rooftop breakfast as well and the breakfast was delicious. I like being in downtown whoever at night, it is quite quiet and desolate and not comfortable walking around alone. Also, the only other thing I would note would be that the rooms aren’t soundproof and you hear a lot of noise if your neighbors are noisy, but overall the hotel and its staff were excellent and it was quite a good value , I would recommend this place

Great small hotel in the Old Town! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and gave us lots of nice recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Rooms are clean and have great views of the city (at least ours had), and breakfast was excellent! As a bonus, the hotel has pretty indoor plants everywhere!

We stayed 2 nights at Friends Hostel and had a great experience. Located conveniently in the Historical Centre a comfortable walk from everything with clean and spacious rooms. The front desk was super helpful with everything and the security made the space feel safe. Breakfast was good too with a beautiful view of the hill. They even prepared a breakfast to go when we had a 4am check out, which was a nice touch.

Great hotel in central Quito. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and very helpful upon arrival. The hotel arranged a taxi for me from the hotel which was seamless. The room was spacious and a good hot shower!

I absolutely love this hotel. They take such good care of me and my guests. I come multiple times a year with large groups and the whole team here is outstanding. The beds are comfortable. The location quiet and safe. The breakfasts are delicious. I will come back time and time again!
