Hotel Simran International

Room size small, service not proper although restaurant staff was good and food was also good location was good

Overall an average stay at the hotel bed n pillow cover were torn n dirty food service at the restaurant was too late

There is nothing international about the hotel except clocks at reception showing time of different countries. Linens in all the rooms showed to me were dirty, had spots, hair on them as if they are not cleaned regularly. Cockroach and cigarette stub found in the room. Telephone in the room wasn’t working. Mobile number provided was not answered. Correct wi-fi pw was not provided despite requesting several times. Failed to provide me the food menu at room despite request. Entire hotel has this damp smell and smell of liquor. Only good thing was that they accommodated my request for the room change and linen change.

The bed sheet was not clean even it was used one, hair cut and drops were found in the room the ac was not at all working

Stayed twice in hotel. Rooms have cockroaches roaming on the bed and elsewhere in the room. Very unhygienic.

The team including manager's response was pathetic. Very rude behaviour
