The walls are leaking, rooms are not clean bed was not enough for my colleague he ended up folding his leg couldn’t sleep

Nice hotel very close to temple gate and agni teertham. Also you can get auto for all other near by visits really close to hotel

Hotel is near to ramanathaswamy temple and sea, cleanliness is okay, room service is not worth mentioning, overall it is a budget hotel for this range it is okay.

The hygiene mantainance can be better as there were cockroaches in the room. We had to change the room as the flush was not working. Before allotment all these things can be checked and then allotted.

Good becoz near to temple, only 200 mtrs. Staff was good. Ac and lift was working. They provide us changing room as we reached there at 0700 hrs. Booked 3 ac rooms, 01 room's shower was defective. They will not provide anything including towel and other accessories, arrange by yourself.

Hotel is near to the temple, good staff, parking area is too small, not able to park more than 3 cars in their parking area.

A good stay and near the temple is an add-on plus. Hospitality is good, but there are no toiletries that are provided and we need to carry.

Booking was bogus. I booked ac room for 28 th april but after payment they issued non refundable room for 29 th. This is a cheating either from make my trip or the hotel side. Bed was ok. Bathroom very old. Staff very good.

No hospitality, the rooms were terrible with insects found in the room and with a very bad smell from the toilet(in both the rooms), my parents who is aged about 65+ years and my family with 1 year old kid didn't sleep, we checked in at 12. 30 in the night and checked out early morning 7 am, because of the smell in the room. Very horrible experience in this stay, this property is not worth the cost paid for the stay. It is worst than the lodge. They should remove the " deluxe" from the name of the hotel, based on my previous stay's. Just imagine the situation after a long drive of 250 kms and the stay gave us a pathetic stay experience. My family was very disappointed with this room.
