"Booked this place as was on ground floor as disabled with mobility scooter.Found it had many steps which were not suitable for scooter and hubby had to keep lifting scooter over them which was not ideal as he has a sore back,the staff in charge did not help and was not very welcoming.The bed was very uncomfortable and we had to park arould the corner in a grotty looking car park costing 6 quid then move to outside b@b after 6pm.Area was not very nice and we did not feel safe as pub up the road with undesireables hanging about."

"This is the only place to stay when visiting the area as we have found when visiting family. The hosts have restored the house to a high level of comfort & have thought of so many “extras” to make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this B&B."

"Pobyt w Lakeside wtorek w tym tygodniu z moją siostrą . Bardzo ciepłe powitanie od Ray ,przyjazne i nic nie było do wielkich kłopotów . Pokoje są przestronne i bardzo czyste widok na jezioro łodzi i morze z pokoju było chwalebne . Po spędzeniu dnia w Redcar wróciliśmy do mojego pokoju, gdzie moja siostra Ray i ja zrobiliśmy kubek, wyciągnął krzesła do tarasowego okna i cieszył się widokiem. Ray i jego siostra dały nam kierunki i polecił Lobster lokalny pub pięć minut od niego, bardzo ciepły i przyjazny. Nie mogę ocenić tego uroczego domu gościnnego lub właściciela wystarczająco wysoki , dziesięć z dziesięciu i wyżej , Ray nawet zabrał nas na stację następnego ranka . Jeśli nie odkryliście tego uroczego domu gościnnego daj sobie przyjemność . Dzięki Christine i Ray "

"Just had a takeaway carvery and was charged approximately a 35 %excess with a choice of 1 meat at£14.95. The normal price is £14.95 for a 3 course carvery with a choice of 3 meats(all if asked for) for the same price. Normally if you order a takeout from a restaurant a discount is normally given. I questioned the price and was told it was a management decision. Having been a regular for many years I feel totally ripped off and am now an ex customer"
