If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

Ao entrar em contato com a recepção a atendente não acreditou, achou que era mentira desdenhou e fez minha colaboradora descer porque teria que ir pessoalmente pedir a transferência de quarto ( detalhe eram 22h). A atendente só subiu no quarto pois minha colaboradora solicitou pois a atendente e o outro funcionário estavam com ar de deboche achando que era mentira. O quarto foi trocado sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou ressarcimento pelo grande mal esta! NUNCA MAIS!!!

It was the first time in this hotel. It has a easy location for arrival. The location may not be the best for a walk, but to stay at the hotel is not a problem. It has parking with security. It is always loaded. The breakfast area could be larger, depending on the time it is full. The coffee is very good. Apartments are comfortable. But I stayed in the first floor, from the front to the street, and it seems that the conversations are inside the apartment. I don't know whether we talk about the street or the neighbor's suit, because there is a window in the bathroom, which is probably in front of the neighbor's bathroom.

If you are alone or couple, OK. Good bed; excellent shower. The problem in our case was the fourth annex, for our daughter. Bad bed sofa; small. And there was a door that gave access to a neighboring room, which made the sound bad (which gave to listen to guests in the next room).Another problem: breakfast was scheduled according to the COVID. The coffee ended at 10h. Obviously many items were exhausted, and the attendant was still gross when we asked for more food/drinks.

Ramp inclined in the entrance, difficult for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast with little variety. The Accor network price is dynamic - that is, changes all time according to demand. Reception at unpleasant check-in. In comparison between this Ibis and Intercity RP, Intercity is better with a similar price.

Booked a double room through AMEX and arrived to a single + a chair. Staff tells me ”a chair is a bed in Brazil”. I found 2 twins and accessible for comparable price on their website but of course those were ”unavailable”. What was available was other rooms at adjacent hotel at higher price. I ofcourse left these scanners in the dust. AMEX called to arrange for refund and was told they will not refund because I gave them ”such a hard time”. On top of this unprofessionalism they claim that I have been ”harassing” them about a package I was expected. I asked if it was OK to still receive package there and was told by reception it was not a problem. I called about 2 times asking if it was there. After these lies about me ”harassing” them I promptly asked the sender to about although it was an extremely important delivery. These people are thieves and liars. Caveat emptor

I met the hotel by Tripadvisor and I didn't regret it. Great location, the hotel has everything it needs. Ideal for people traveling to work or couples wishing to meet Ribeirão Preto. The reception was very pleasant and quick, we were tired of the trip and soon we were in the room that was ready to wait. I recommend very much. Ah!!! The breakfast coffee is also a point to be highlighted, very good. 👏👏👏

The toilet was a horror (see photo). The room was not adapted as required in the reservation. The beds were box-like and firm (for those who like pillow top is a negative point :-D). Ramp inclined in the entrance, difficult for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast with little variety. The Accor network price is dynamic - that is, changes all time according to demand. Reception at unpleasant check-in. In comparison between this Ibis and Intercity RP, Intercity is better with a similar price.
