Perfect place to stay if you want to visit NY. The room was clean, the bed was confortable and the AC worked well. Since it was 100 degrees, the Ac was a must. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work but coffee was complementary at the lobby in the morning. Breakfast was 10$ per person. The bus stop is literally in the hotel parking lot which is even more awesome! It will cost 4.50$ per person( exact cash) and the bus will take you to Port Authority.(Times Square).The only thing is that the first bus in the morning is at 9:30 on weekdays. So if you want to be in town early, it might not be the best place to stay. For us it was okay. We didn’t mind since we were back at the hotel around midnight. Even better, the bus driver will drop you off at the same bus stop ( hotel parking lot)late at night when you come back from town. Since the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with offices it is safe to get back to the hotel late at night. Make sure you ask the front desk clerk to print you out a bus schedule for all the details. You also need to know that the bus is the 167Q. Not the 167T. And when you buy your ticket at the terminal to come back at the hotel, select zone 3. And don’t be late. The buses at the terminal are on time and will not wait and extra minute at the door. We were there for 3 nights and took the bus at door 326. The ride is about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. For us, it was the perfect place to stay because we didn’t want to use our car. One thing we should have done though is to buy the 7day metro card for 34$.( we took single rides) This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city so do not hesitate to buy this card. Si je retourne à NY, c’est certain que je retourne à cet hôtel parce que c’est propre, pas cher et parfait pour aller visiter NY en toute sécurité.

The whole hotel is good, there is a problem with the service attitude. Although the room provides a free extra bed, but does not provide a quilt, the extra bed can not be used. I hope to improve in the future.

Un sitio nada recomendable para hosped**** en Nueva York, cuando lo que realmente quieres es aprovechar la ciudad haciendo turismo en la mayoría de sus barrios míticos. Se encuentra a una hora de BUS tanto para ir a Manhatan, como pa volver, además que sale a 10$ al día por persona ya que la MetroCard no es válida. Se trata del típico Motel de carretera donde la gente va durante un par de horas para el desahogo físico sexual. Y, además, la gente que se hospeda en el Motel no es nada recomendable. La limpieza brilla, pero por su ausencia. Pudimos vivirlo en primera persona encontrándonos un ratón muerto en la moqueta, sábanas con un olor no muy agradable y una ventilación cerrada. Nunca volvería a hospedarme a aquí y si alguien me lo hubiera dicho como lo estoy diciendo en este comentario, nunca lo hubiera barajado ni como opción. Lo que te ahorra por un lado lo pierdes en tiempo del viaje, dinero de transporte y comodidad. Aún estás a tiempo de no seleccionar este hospedaje, huye, no mires atrás. Not a recommended place to stay in New York, when what you really want is to take advantage of the city by sightseeing in most of its mythical neighborhoods. It is one hour by BUS both to go to Manhatan and to return, plus it costs $10 a day per person since the MetroCard is not valid. It is the typical roadside Motel where people go for a couple of hours for sexual physical relief. And, furthermore, the people who stay at the Motel are not at all recommendable. Cleanliness shines, but by its absence. We were able to experience it first hand, finding a dead mouse on the carpet, sheets with a not very pleasant smell and a closed ventilation. I would never stay here again and if someone had told me as I am saying in this comment, I would never have even considered it as an option. What you save on the one hand, you lose in travel time, transportation money and comfort. You still have time not to select this accommodation, run away, don't look back.

The check in process was painless, and I even arrived early. No issues. The room itself was nice and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen and it was well-stocked (silverware, plates, paper towels, etc.). The fridge was a bit small, but worked for a short stay. The bed was somewhat comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking. I did not try the breakfast, as I am dieting, but it smelled good in the lobby area, and it was very popular. I did not try out the gym, but it looked serviceable. The pool is currently closed for renovation.

The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, the room is spacious, very close to the customer company, very convenient. The surrounding supermarkets are not too close, and it is not convenient to buy small things. The facilities were generally good. The less satisfied place was that the bottom sheet of the bedding was not cotton when I slept on the second night. It was actually Poly. Maybe I have higher requirements for bedding. Everything else is quite good. I will stay again next time.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff is very friendly. Building is CLEAN. Rooms are clean, bedding is clean as well. The furniture is in good standards. Quiet place, near many malls and about 30 minutes from NYC. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Free parking.

I visited this courtyard Marriott partly for business and partly to attend an event with my sister. I called ahead of time to find out if they had smart TVs. And we were told that they did. We were going to leave my niece in the room to watch movies while we attended the event. When we checked in we were told that check-ins were going slow because their system was down. There was a long line. I was thinking it was the booking system. They did not say the Internet was down that everything was down. They said the booking system was down that was it. I had to unpack my stuff (and I have a lot because I’m a photographer/videographer) before I figured out myself that there was no internet. No streaming tv. And we ended up not going to the event because I didn’t want to leave my niece by herself with nothing to do. And the lady I spoke to about it was so rude. Most everyone I spoke to it were so rude to me. And making it seem like it’s just my tough luck that they don’t have internet because it’s out of their control. Which I understand it IS out of their control. But I should’ve been told ahead of time at check-in. This is how the conversation should’ve gone at check-in: ‘“ We’re sorry we just wanted to let you know the Internet is down we have no idea when it will be back up. It might not be back up tonight. We just want to let you know in case you needed to make other arrangements. ‘ . Then there would of been no problem at all. I could have found another hotel. As it was I didn’t get even an apology until the next day. That night it was just it might go up but we can’t guarantee anything. Very short and abrupt. The next day at least they apologized but I was strung along all day. The Internet never went back up all day. I tried to book another room but by that point since it was Saturday everything was sold out! I was stuck! In the evening people that I spoke to about it we were so rude again. So short with me. Didn’t offer me any kind of compensation. Nothing. And I don’t ever ask for compensation. But I was spending $200 a night. Which is a lot to not get internet and a lot to not get what were the most important parts for me. I wanted to go to My event and I wanted to be able to get a head start on my work week the next day (which required a good internet connection). Both were ruined because they couldn’t tell me about the internet before I checked in. And I am an ambassador level bonvoy member. I’m a super good customer for Marriott. I travel 70% of the year. I don’t think asking for a little communication was asking too much.

We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. This was the perfect stay! The front desk workers were really helpful and friendly. Luis A. Was the main guy that took care of me and my guest. He was very helpful with extending my stay for an additional night.

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.
