Never bookl. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people. 5 people stayed.. and they charged us 1500 for extra bed because 3 people slept in one room. Two rooms were not even used.. but they were still ada***t on us paying 1500..
So instead of 8 people 5 stayed... And had to pay extra

I had a very great experience..very good service of the staff the place where the hotel is situated is very good near the triveni ghat it's the suitable place for staying solo or with family. Thanku hotel natraj for my memorable experience.

THE FACILITIES AND INFRA SHOWN IN THE PICTURES ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THEY ARE SHOWING SOMETHING AND GIVING SOMETHING. THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT ITS 4 STAR HOTEL BUT ACCORDING TO ME IT DESERVES 3 STAR ONLY. HOUSE KEEPING IS NOT PROPER GUESTS PRIVACY IS NOT THERE. EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE ON DE***D ONLY FOR ALL THE BASIC THINGS IN THE ROOMS WE HAVE TO ASK THEM.

Decent hotel at the given price and location. Since it is a tourist destination. Centrally located. Breakfast menu is good. Rooms are spacious. Staff are curious. Airport is hardly 20 min drive. Oven all ok

Hotel was booked for wedding of our daughter on 24th to 27th October, 23. It was excellent stay and memorable wedding event professionally coordinated by Mr. SATENDER ***AGER . Rooms and services were good and upto our expectations. However, there are things to be improved like room cleaning and hygiene especially in studio category, more professional approach etc. Overall it is nice property to be recommended for such events. It's is approachable and specious with parking slots, swimming pool. ***ager and staff are quite cordial and cooperative.

I had came in ur hotel first time and I decided when come rishikesh I always stay in natraj, hotal staff is good , ambiance is good food is to good , most and last swimming pool location is to awesome

Last weekend we attended our family wedding at natraj rishikesh ..... hospitality level was too good ...... food / food presentation , entire staff and importantly decoration was amazing They were ready to provide us whatever we asked for without any hesitation. Excellent property, excellent staff and hospitality…… thanks satender ji There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was just perfect

Visited the property on occassion of my nephew's wedding. Stayed with family for three days. The stay was very comfortable in spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very efficient, caring and cooperative with a special mention for Mr Satender Payal who ***aged the event with sheer excellence and put in his best efforts to take care of all the guests. We highly appreciate the services provided to us upto our satisfaction.

Booked Natraj Hotel for my son's wedding functions. It was a great experience with excellent arrangements made by the hotel. We were treated like a family. Although all the staff members were efficient, special mention for Mr. Satinder Payal. He ***aged all the functions efficiently and effectively. He helped us like a family member. The food was excellent. I thank all the hotel staff especially Mr. Satinder Payal for helping us and ***aging things for us.
