"I was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. "We couldn't not able to visit hrishikesh as per plan due to sudden medical emergency in the family, we had requested several times to the hotel to either return the amount or suggest a alternative day as per availability of the hotel so that we can replan. But no request was accepted as hotel owner not agreed either of the option. We also request makemytrip to look into the issue but they also not done anything by saying it depends on hotel. Rs 2700 go in vain. Very pathetic experience over all. This shows the empathy and courage of all involved in this. I always used to book hotels from makemytrip app, from next time onward s will definitely try to avoid it and avoid these hotel in hrishikesh whenever plan for visit next time. A place which known for worship of mama ganga and devadid mahadev, where hoteliers are earning lots of profit, but they don't have basic attitude how to deal with the situation in case of any customers difficult time, its all about profit and how much money we generate at any means."
