3-gwiazdkowe hotele w: Riyadh

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

When I came, it was a single room. I asked for a room with a kitchen. After the room came out, the boss changed it for me in time. The person looked fierce, but it was actually quite good. The basic facilities in the room were all available.

The room is large and comfortable, clean and tidy. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for shopping. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to travel. There is an old market nearby, and it is very close to the market.

You're happy in the morning, all thanks to all the staff for receiving this first thing for apartments, very clean, a wonderfully isolated place to play with children, I'm inhabited by singles and family residents, and all of them are perfectly positioned by me, I have a price comment, high price, and if organic offers are set, we're thankful for their assessment in general. Excellent.

Positives: Location (easy to get there). Helpful friendly staff. Cleanness. Comfortable beds and pillows. Special car parking. Tasty hospitality coffee. Kitchen. Available around services and restaurants. Areas of Improvement: Overpriced. Telephones are working well. Crowded. Electrical cables entrances are not well located. Small spaces of the rooms. The bathtub is leaking the water in all the bathroom.

To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

The hotel is a bit old BUT I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The hotel staff at front desk are all excellent. I had some issues with my booking upon arrival that definitely took some work for them to resolve and they were able to get it done. I did not use the amenities but had a good sleep!

Considering some of the reviews on here saying this hotel is dirty, I'll personally tell you that some of the higher-end ”luxury” hotels in Riyadh are also no different. You get what you pay for. 100 GPB for two nights in a massive junior suite really isn't that bad. You get a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean water in the bathroom. So the hotel is old, dated and the area is dirty. You're in Riyadh. There is trash everywhere in Riyadh. Yes, the hotel is in a dirty area, but they are in the process of redeveloping this area of Riyadh. Things will change for the better I think. Either way, it's not a bad hotel at all. It's not perfect, but if you complain about the little things, then go spend three times as much in a much ”nicer” hotel, and I guarantee you'll find things to complain about there as well. By the way, parking IS available, behind the hotel in a separate lot for 60 riyals per day.

I loved what i saw there. I walked through the Hotel for some time .. neat and Clean, the buffet is Great ... we had a Dinner buffet . The Food was very tasty specially the seafood dishes .. i don’t like the beef that much but it was nice .. salads needs more care and to be a little creative but still whatever is there tastes nice. Sweets were fantstic ,. I liked it so much .. Om Ali is very tasty but needs to be a little juicer.. Mr. Ibrahim from the catering & Sales . Mr. Bader from the Restaurant and the chef were very welcoming and helpful.. Many many thanks to the staff for the nice time we had . Also i recommend the open air Cafe .. i loved it .. i recommend the buffet for groups and even solos .. reasonable prices for really tasty food and varia le choices .. enjoy it 😍

Great service, staff was quick and accurate if you need something. Clean and very spacious room, daily sufficiently added with extra bottles of drinking water. Nice gym, nice swimming pool (don't overexpect) at ninth floor with nice area view Missing was maybe a shoehand in the attributes, its a small item but can make life easier in case of wearing business shoes. Overall a good place to stay for business
