„A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door.
In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-)
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.”

„The stay was okay the only thing we noticed was that it was a bit dirty, as there were marks on the floor, a fake eyelash on the floor, and a rubber band left hanging in the shower. It made it feel as if the room was cleaned in a rush. But overall it was ok to make do with the room for one night, the staff is also quite responsive on WeChat.”

„Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa.

„普陀山碼頭接送:海景酒店會專門派專車專人來接送，真的很方便，尤其家裡有長者孩子的話，這個服務我覺得特別受用。
環境：就在百步沙灘景區那邊，風景不用多説，衹要天公作美，第二天妥妥的坐在床上就可以看日出。太美了！！！
服務：有免費早餐服務，然後這家海景民宿後面有一家叫漫月餐廳。雖然環境其貌不揚，但是他們家海鮮還特別的好吃和新鮮。很推薦！！
然後這家民宿最棒的一點就是它的位置真的特別好方便，所以去普濟寺，法雨寺，善財洞，還有包括去南海觀音，不肯去觀音廟那邊其實都很方便。處在一箇中間的核心位置。説實話，價格是不便宜的，但整個普陀山上住宿其實都不便宜。所以綜合對比下來，我認為他還是有一定的性價比的，至少這個風景絕對是千金不換。話不多説了，上圖！！！”

AAJ2020To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

GGośćI'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it.
There were so many delicious restaurants.
Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open.
The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly.
Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied.

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

GGośćHotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient.

Went for my birthday this year. Plan to sit by beautiful outdoor pool, go to beach, see some temples, eat some good food.
Despite paying for upgrade, our room was on ground floor looking directly on construction. However, they did move us to a smaller room with great views.
Also, pool was “closed”. The whole reason I booked the hotel. However, after much negotiation, they let me use the pool.
The food was supposed to be excellent, but was really just mediocre. My travel partner is Chinese and I have lived here 8 years. I was just hoping the Chinese food was better. I didn’t even try the western food, as it did not look appealing.
Also, rules were not consistent. One morning we could eat breakfast outside, next morning we could not.
So a bit of a challenging birthday trip.

GGośćThe location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.

Groceries shop is just next to the Hotel lobby which makes it really convenient for travelers. Whereas walking towards the nearest town may take an approximate 10 minutes. The hotel is surrounded with residential units.
