"The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive. However, some damaged facilities should be inspected and repaired promptly. The hotel is centrally located in Zhoushan, within cycling distance of Binhai Avenue, Changzhi Island, a popular camping site, and Ocean University. Baolong Plaza is right next door, and there's a park in front of the hotel, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. The hotel and room decor feature bright and vibrant colors, giving it a very stylish feel. The elevator car has a cool, dark, 'magic cube' vibe."

"Some of the pillows were very dirty, and some had obvious marks (I don't know if they were worn through or burned). The front desk staff were very friendly, upgraded our room, and even gave us fruit. However, the pillowcases in the upgraded room were torn, with a hole in them. The air conditioner was also broken; even though it was on cooling mode, the room was consistently very hot, leading us to believe there was underfloor heating. We couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot. We eventually guessed the cooling system was broken and slept with the window open. Although the price wasn't high, using such torn and dirty bedding really shows the hotel's concern. The sheets were also yellowed, which the housekeeping staff said was due to the lighting. I suggest the hotel change the lighting to avoid any misunderstandings."

"This was my second stay, and it's super close to Banshengdong Wharf. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, I'd recommend Gaojia Zhuang, Xiaoxixi, and Yuanwei Yuanzhi. There's also a fast-charging station right next door. The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. They have an excellent laundry room, and parking is convenient and free. Definitely worth coming back to!"

"Our family chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Xinqiao for this trip. The hotel lobby is bright and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was excellent, the room was spacious, and the mattress was comfortable. It even had a voice assistant for wake-up calls. The in-room Wi-Fi was fast, and there was plenty of parking, including charging stations in the underground garage, which is really convenient for electric car users. On the first floor, there's also a laundry room, gym, and business center, making it great for both business travelers and families. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance."

"The wave pool's water quality was really poor; my child had a severe allergic reaction on their face. Avoid this place. The room facilities are also very old, the hairdryer can't even dry hair, and there are no USB charging ports. I won't be coming back."

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

"Our stay this time was very satisfying. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, with two days of rain, waking up to a sea view every morning was an experience that exceeded our expectations. The hot spring by the sea is truly unique. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, and it wasn't far to any of the attractions.
