We decided to celebrate our anniversary with one night stay with spa there and it was a very bad Idea! First, the room we got was furnished too crappy and too old with very old-dirty carpet and furnitures. No air conditioner at room and we couldn’t keep window open at night because of mosquitoes and our daughter can not sleep without side light on. So no fresh air and warm! You guess the quality of sleeping with a small baby! The restaurant and bar is a joke! I asked for cappuccino in the bar and they told me the machine is off! Food is extremely expensive with no quality. I ordered fish which was tasteless ( no salt or spices) and kids menu was strange and too salty for kids! You can get a very nice meal in Ronneby downtown with 1/3 price and much more tastier. Breakfast was also disappointing! My husband is allergic to milk and all vegan yoghurts were expired at least a month ago! So nobody even checked or controlled them! Pool and jacuzzi are also not really clean and they need renovation, Overall, apart from park view (which is a heaven), the hotel is just a 2 star motel in a nice place so don't expect too much. You may spend in much cheaper hotel in Ronneby or Karlskrona and have a really good meal with decent prices and just come to Brunnsparken and have a nice walk with family in the park. Don't waste your money there! I also noticed that the hotel never replied on any reviews here. This is a big sign for me that they don’t care what customer thinks about them at all!

A delightful newly refurbished hotell in the very centre of Karlskrona. Ongoing renovation in a part of the hotell and soon it will all be totally refurbished. Very clean and fresh, for this category of a hotel the price is quite nice. Classic breakfast quite good and generous. Friendly staff and fast service. I highly recommend this centrally situated hotel.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing! Only problem I had was the bed being on the soft side, but that is my own problem, due to having backproblems. And as we arrived at 22.10 I didn't feel I could cause a ruckus at that time. And it was only for 1 night. It was litteraly like laying down on a could, so very comfy, it was the backpains when getting out that was less fun. But the rest of the family slept just fine. The breakfast buffet is to die for, there is everything one could wish for, and all very tasty and fresh! Not our first stay here, and I am sure we will be back again! I highly recommend this place!
